<Hope's p.o.v>

Xavier sat me down on the bench, and got out the food, still grinning at me.

I grinned back.

This was just perfect. Exactly the way I'd imagine a first date to be.

He placed some sandwiches on the table, and I picked one up.

It was egg mayo and had a sprinkling of basil leaves over the top.

I took a bite, and it was pure bliss.

"Did you make this yourself?" I asked Xavier.

He nodded at me.

"Its wonderful!" I told him.

He laughed.

"Im glad you like it." I laughed.

We spent the rest of the evening like that.

Eating. Talking. Laughing.

Once we had devoured most of the food he had prepared in his basket, he pulled out his iPod and a pair of speakers.

"Oh, no. I don't dance." I told him, but he just rolled his eyes.

"Everyone can dance. They just don't know it yet." I groaned.

"But I literally can not dance."

"Just follow what I do." And with that, he whisked me up and held me in his arms.

He started moving his feet, so I moved in unison with him.

It was a slow dance, so I rested my head on his shoulder.

"Your so beautiful." He whispered into my ear.

It sent shivers down my back.

"Thank you." My voice cracked in between the words.

"Whats the matter?"

"I, I just I'm not used to people being kind to me like that." I told him, my voice barely a whisper.

"Well, I will make it my mission from here on, to get you used to that. Everyone deserves love. Even you, Hope." A single tear fell down my face.

I sighed against his chest.

"Thank you so much, Xavier."

I spared him from replying, when I gently placed my lips to his.

I broke off the kiss, and he held my hand.

He led me back to his car, and we drove back home.

He stopped at my home, and he led me out of the car and to the front door.

"Thank you so much. It was just perfect for a first date." I whispered to him.

He blushed.

"You really think so?"

"Of course!" He laughed and we bid our goodbyes before I entered the home.

I was grinning like an idiot.

I entered my room, to find Rebecca and Hope giving me expectant stares.

"What?" I asked.

"Tell. Us. Everything!" Hana squealed.

I laughed and I did.

When I was finished, they were both practically dying from the squeals that came out of their mouthes.

This made me laugh.

"YOU TWO ARE GOING TI MAKE THE MOST ADORABLE BABIES!"

I groaned. Not this again.

They chattered on for most of the night, me half-switeched-off, until they eventually fell asleep.

But I couldn't sleep.

The night kept replaying over and over in my mind, and every time, the grin spread wider and wider, until finally, I felt like some sort of Cheshire cat.

I checked the time;

3:00am.

The sun was starting to come up slightly.

I hadn't had even a wink of sleep.

But that was fine.

I sighed and watched the sunset from my window.

It was really quite beautiful, the sky was a purply-blue and the sun shone through the wisps of cloud.

I was just feeling my eyelids shut, when I saw a silhouette I would always be able to recognize.

My eyes shot open, and I sat bolt upright in my bed.
