Alice poked her head out the door, catching the last moments of Peter's huge jump over the gates behind the building. As soon as he was far enough away, she went in his footsteps, easily scaling the gate and keeping her gait casual as her eyes and footsteps went after him.

Parker first came to a bodega down the street. Alice leaned up against the outside of the building, listening in on his conversation with the shop owner. She considered her options. The kid would recognize her, that wasn't up for debate. He was smart and vigilant. They shared over half of their classes, so she couldn't hide forever. Tony's mission was to keep tabs on the kid and watch out for him. Like babysitting. The undercover part was in regards to her fellow classmates, hardly Peter himself.

The shop owner made a comment about Peter's hot aunt in Spanish. Peter surprised them by responding in Spanish with a question about the man's daughter. Alice found the corner of her lip curving upwards. The kid was funny, she'd give him that.

A few minutes later, he came running out of the bodega with his sandwich in hand. Alice looked away from him and let him pass her by. She just had to find the right moment to reveal herself. Alice kept her pace up to follow him as he darted through the streets of Queens.

He veered into an alleyway only a moment later. Alice waited a moment before knowing he wouldn't look after her and poked her head around the edge of the brick. She stared after him in confusion as he appeared to take off his shoes, then throw off his backpack. Alice squinted as if that would give her a better look as he rapidly started taking off his pants.

She wasn't even sure what he was doing until suddenly his shirt and crewneck were up over his head. Alice averted her eyes, but was drawn back a moment later to his toned back muscles. All that vigilante work seemed to be doing him good.

Peter took out his Spiderman suit and pressed the logo at his chest to tighten it to his skin. He webbed his backpack to a nearby dumpster and suddenly jumped, swinging off into the streets of New York.

"Huh," Alice murmured, watching him sprint off. She started walking in the direction of his swinging, tracing his movement with her eyes as he dashed above brick buildings.

As she walked, Alice dialed Tony Stark. He answered after three rings. "What do you want, kid?"

"Babysitters' club, this is Alice speaking," she said in a high pitched voice.

"Yeah, yeah. You got an update for me or just felt like wasting my time?" Tony asked.

"Your kid is interesting," Alice said. "I'm watching his vigilante work right now." A man was trying to steal a bike down the block from Alice. She posted up at the corner, watching Peter web the man up, hanging from a fire escape, and leaving the bike with a handwritten note from Spiderman. "He's gonna recognize me."

"Yeah, introduce yourself. Do what you need to do. I trust your judgement," Tony said flippantly.

Alice's brows furrowed. "Really?"
