Diana
I had finally finished straightening the entirety of my hair to absolute perfection. Not a single kink, or wave could be seen, it was perfectly perfect.

Some would think I was getting ready for a wedding, but what can I say after years, or in my case, half my childhood missing due to the incident I want to be able to make up for that time.

Caine being the gentlemen, and amazing mate that he is, is allowing me to do so.

"Okay I'm ready." I spoke as I tired the flat iron off.

"Finally!" Caine said as he sat up from his former laying down position.

"Caine!" I exclaimed. "You were laying down and you got your shirt creased."

"Whoa whoa whoa, princess you can not blame this on me, you took forever to get ready. A man gets tired, so he lays down!" He said his hands in defence.

Knowing he was right I sighed and spoke in defeat- "Whatever." I walked up to him, and thankfully my heels gave me those extra inches in order for  my eyes to reach his nose.

I turned him around and with my hands smoothed out his shirt. I repeated this action a few times until I was satisfied.

"Are we ready now?" Caine asked, clearly tired of waiting.

"Yes, let's go." I spoke as Caine took his hand in mine and interlaced our fingers together. We walked into the elevator and made our way downstairs.
...

Caine parked the car just outside this fancy restaurant. It was defiantly first class, through the glass windows you could clearly see rich horny men, class business men, horny sluts and sophisticated business women. It was either, or for each sex.

Caine guided us inside as we got seated on a table with a candle in the middle, Caine and I sat opposite each other.  Pretty cliché, however it all counts, and it was extremely thoughtful and cute.

"Okay so what's good, give me ideas?" I started, as I flicked through the menu. It was definitely a multi cuisine restaurant.

"I recommend the vegetable alfredo." Caine smiled still looking through the menu.

I'm praying this night is completely drama free, and Caine and I can enjoy one another's company.

"Hello, I'm Garret and I'll be your waiter tonight. Are you guys ready to order?" He asked politely, his eyes however lurking a bit to long on me for Caine's liking. However with a look from me, Caine managed to contain his angry wolf.

"Um, we'll take 2 vegetable alfredo's, and I'll have a coke." Caine stated, glaring at the now scared waiter.

"Make that two cokes." I smiled politely, before Garret nodded and took off.

Caine continued to glare at floor where Garret stood moments ago .

I clicked my fingers in hopes to get Caine's attention, but of course it failed.

"Caine!" I exclaimed as Caine came back to reality and looked around until hi eyes finally landed on me.

"Sorry princess, just he pissed me off." He smiled, which quickly disappeared. "You know what, I'm gonna go ask for another waiter."

Before he could fully leave. I grabbed his hand. "Please don't do this tonight, just sit with me and talk."

"Fine." He huffed. I sighed in content. Once I noticed he was still uncomfortable I finally gave in.

"For fuck sakes, just go and change the bloody waiter. I give up." I sighed and put my hand in my hands.

I felt warm hands on my hands, which involuntarily lifted my head up to. "No, no I'm sorry princess. I just felt a little uneasy. But I won't let it affect our date I promise."

"Thank you." I sighed.

"How are you getting along with Anita?" Caine asked randomly.

"She's a great person and I'm glad I'm finally making friends and forming a fresh start." I gave him a small smile.

"I understand. I'm really sorry for what you had to go through, but I promise to love, protect and cherish you from here on." I smiled and kissed the back of my hand.

"I love you." I smiled back. "Can I ask you something a bit personal something?"

"I love you too, and of course. Always.

Normally girls would want to avoid this, but I'm just curious. What can I say. "W-when do I get to meet your family."

Caine's jaw clenched and he gritted his teeth, which soon followed with his eyes turning pitch black. "You know what forget I asked. I'm sorry." I whispered.

The food had arrived and I had seriously just wanted to leave this place. "We're not close." Caine spoke.

"I'm sorry what?"

"Shit happens, and when shit happens you lose interest. That's as detailed as I will go." He said no emotion on his face.

"That's unfair." I blurted, and slapped my hands over my mouth. But then realised that it was the right decision. "No you know what, I've poured my heart out. I've told you my life story, haven't left a single detail out. Whilst you act all lovey but don't tell me jackshit about your life. This is bullshit." I spoke, clearly outraged.

Caine sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Dian-."

"No. Thanks for a lovely evening." Sarcasm laced in every word. "I'll be waiting by the car."

With that I stormed out of the first class restaurant, not having touched my food once. I stood in front of the car, waiting for Caine to drive us back home. I seriously wanted to get into bed and sleep this night in hopes to forget it.

So much for a 'drama free' night.
