issues with Joining RDR2 Crews/Looking for groups

Frustrating issues with people in the server and how irritated it is making me

1: I appreciate that you gotten more leaders but....they haven't/done shit

2: I know that not everyone's gonna get along and aren't forced to stay, they can leave at anytime they want.

3: I've noticed that Soul, Kikio, Mr. H and Grizz (there's been drama which I understand) but we're down 51 members and we had 60 members

4: They just don't do anything so why put them as a top7 when they haven't contributed. I understand people have lives but it's frustrating when I am the only one doing everything (recruiting, breaking up fights) Just feel like we need active fully members and to get a grip of how we do the system. How we operate. 

I feel terrible telling you this but it's been annoying me. I do appreciate everything that you do. Just trying to make the server grow

let me tell you a story about how I am on two crews shit list because I was trying to give someone that they knew a week trial.

I was in "Looking For Groups" and I just wanted to play with people not cause trouble. I read a post about a crew called Forever Torturing You (FTY for short) the person accepts the interest and invited me to the Xbox party. 

It's by someone that had two accounts: VoidReaper and Ripcord.

So, I join the party and he's asking me questions about what past crews have I've been in and I tell him that I was in a crew called The Shadow Syndicate, I tell him why I left (they randomly stopped being active) he tells me to send that crew leader a message saying that I am leaving so they know that I'm not apart of their crew and moved on. I did, they understanding of my decisions and we're still friends towards me. 

Then I was fully accepted into Sunflower's crew, I remember that I didn't play that first night but the second and third night I did. That's when I saw Death's post: "Looking for a crew to join im 19 level 322" so I asked Reaper if this guy Death can join?

He said  yeah that's where I invited him to the party that's where everyone knew Death because of what he did with Minors.

Sun gets on and just wouldn't accept him

That's the whole thing with those guys

It gets better

Death then invites me to his party and tells me everything. 

I played with his crew. The Reaper Lord which is now Killer Mob.

 I never said anything about fully joining but that's when he sent Sun a screenshot of him and I talking

A day later, I get a message from her saying: "Thought we wouldn't find out bye girl" 

Just because I saw 2 red flags: She was forcing people to add her because she's the crew leader and you basically have to.

That's when I got kicked and Reaper kept sending Friend request, sent me a message saying: "we expected less from you. I'll see you very soon"

Then I told Death. I just wanted to play with random people, not cause drama like come on
