Yongguk was avoiding her again. But this time around she wouldn't care. If he wanted to be like that then fine. The girl did honestly not know what to do with him, with their relationship. She had after all cheated, too, and it would be hypocritical if she lashed out at him for being so as well. Maybe they just needed some time apart.
It would be the perfect opportunity since her father and Jinkyung would be out of the country for another two months. But before that would she have to get a hold of Zelo. There was something fishy about Daehyun and she was going to find out exactly what. Plus, with some dirty tricks would Zelo more than definitely spill some information.
She'd dropped Ahri of at the kindergarten before heading over to school. It was a route that'd taken nearly one hour. Not only because it was located in the Gangnam area, but also because Ahri wouldn't let her leave. The kid wanted Jiyoo to stay and play, something she unfortunately couldn't do. To ditch school even more would only backlash at her later on. But it was not with a happy-lucky feeling that she entered the school grounds. A group of girls whispered loudly as she passed them by, "I heard she was in a gang fight yesterday." Some gasps could be heard and Jiyoo rolled her eyes.
Though, the girl was curious to how they could even know about the incident. It hadn't exactly taken place in the middle of the day. It wouldn't make any sense if it'd been Daehyun who'd spilled the details out in the open. He would be in just as much trouble if it was revealed. Plus, that Kris and Yixing guy would most definitely keep their mouths shut, especially since the guy they were try -. Jiyoo's eyes flew open. It must've been the other guy. He who'd tried to buy the stuff.
Crap.
"Moon Jiyoo, principals office." The girl had barely managed to step inside the five story building before a teacher called out for her. Giggles and oh's could be heard throughout the hallway as she, with hasty steps, headed for the staircase and the weekly appointment at the principal. Eun Ae did all of a sudden appear out of nowhere, "are you a gang member now, well, I guess that's the only future you'll have." The three girls snickered as they brushed past her. With each passing day could Jiyoo feel her irritation level rise.
It was just a matter of time before she would snap. Eun Ae was definitely going to feel the wrath then. A smile grew on her lips as the image of a crying Eun Ae came to mind. The day she would be able to give back for all the thing's the other girl had done was probably going to be one of Jiyoo's best. Over two years of bullying had truly marked Jiyoo, and that even though she didn't show it out in the open.
"Yo! Jiyoo, why don't you show us your gangster skills." A group of four guys had crept up to her. Letting her gaze wander across their faces she frowned, "I'm not a fucking gangster so move." Jiyoo gave the student in front a hard shove; she was not in the mood of playing around. "Woah chill." Her wrists were grasped and she was harshly pushed against the boy standing behind her. "Feisty, I bet you're quite wild in bed, too." Jiyoo aimed her right foot towards the one who'd spoken, unfortunately did she miss him and kicked the air.
"Let go or I'll -." The boy standing in front of her was violently shoved aside before she'd managed to finish the sentence. It didn't take many seconds for the boy to regain his composure and he snapped his head to the side, "YAH! WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?" Jiyoo glanced to the side as well, "Tao." She was slightly shocked to see him there. He might've helped her out when it was just Zelo, but with four guys around she was hesitant. Tao ignored the question and continued to remove the hands that were grabbing onto Jiyoo. It was something that pissed the other four guys off.
"YAH!" in the blink of an eye had the Chinese boy knocked the 'leader' down. The girl was baffled at the move he'd used. The way he'd pressed his hands against the other boy's throat was a move she, herself had used the day before. For a 'normal' person that would have been just another cool action move. Though, Jiyoo knew the background of it, something that'd been the cause of her expression. It couldn't be that Tao had a connection to those Chinese gangsters from the day before? The girl furrowed her eyebrows as she glanced up on the taller foreign boy. What the fuck was going on here?
All the things that'd taken place the past two months couldn't all be pure incidents. Yongguk ignoring plus cheating on her. Zelo suddenly appearing into her life just like that. Daehyun who always seemed to pop-up when she was in trouble, and now Tao. The latter boy had used the exact same move that her father had teached her when she was younger. It was one that was frequently used within the gangster world. Oh god. He was the real gangster. Jiyoo darted up the stairs once she'd been freed. It was an action that caught Tao by surprise. Maybe the girl wasn't so tough deep down within.
Daehyun was already seated in the principal's office when the girl slammed the door open and strode inside, "how could you let a gangster enter?" the boy froze in his seat. It was impossible. Jiyoo couldn't have found out. The old man looked as calm as ever, "Jiyoo please just take a seat." He motioned for the troublemaker to sit down. "Why aren't you doing anything?Tao is a fucking gangster." She was furious, how could they even allow such people to enter the school?
The boy on her left sighed with relief. He wasn't a gangster but his father was, and for all Daehyun knew she could put him in the same category. "Will you calm down so I can explain." The principal was a patient person, extra patient when it came to Jiyoo and the fact that she always got into some sort of trouble.
"Fine." It was with a frown on her face that she glanced over at the blond freak. "Tao is not a gangster and I'm clueless to where you've gotten that idea from." How awesome, the principal was obviously ignorant to what the hell was happening. Jiyoo was just about to speak up and tell the old man what she'd seen when remembering that he would probably not believe her. It was definitely going to spark unwanted interest from both the principal and Daehyun if the girl told them about the throat grip.
FUCK.
"Just do what you want then, but I'm going to find out what's going on eventually." she was not going to back down, and that was something Daehyun understood quite instantly. He'd kept her from the truth for over two years and some day or another would he have to explain exactly everything to her. The blond boy knew that it was a day that was fast approaching. To live in the darkness of not knowing anything was soon impossible for Jiyoo. She needed to know what was going on. Plus,Kris and Yixing was not just any other drug dealer. To kill was not a problem for them and that worried Daehyun even more.
"I'm going to let the two of you go this time. But I warn you, don't involve yourselves in such activities again." the principal spoke in a serious manner, just like any other time that Jiyoo had gotten a scolding. "And Daehyun -." The blond boy acknowledged the message by nodding his head. Daehyun's father and the principal were childhood friends and the old man was well aware of what Daehyun was there for.
The first thing Jiyoo did when the two of them had exited was to grab onto the sleeve of the blond boy's blazer. "What was that last about, do you know something that I don't?" Daehyun stared down at her. The school was not the right place to tell the girl. But then again, when was the correct time? When Jiyoo was kidnapped and threatened to get killed for something her father had started?"It's not the right time yet." And there he went with his ridiculous sentence that she couldn't understand at all. "Okay, then tell me where I can find Zelo?" Jiyoo pulled even harder at the blond boy's sleeve, she was not going to let go before receiving the answer she wanted.
Daehyun frowned, why was it always Zelo this and Zelo that? When had they become such good buddies?
"If you don't answer I'll -." The boy stopped listening after that. The whole I'll-do-this-and-that-if-you-tell-me was not going to work on him. He'd been thought self-defense during his whole childhood, and whilst growing up. Daehyun could, within a few seconds, have Jiyoo pressed down on the floor if he so wanted. "Eonju Middle School in Gangnam." The fact that he actually answered her was a surprise. Jiyoo had believed that she would've needed to knock some sense into him.
But really, Zelo and Gangnam.
