Tao was angry, frustrated and pissed off, all at once. It looked like the third world war had taken place inside his apartment. Glass was shattered on the floor, furniture's had been flipped around and he'd spilled a good amount of tears whilst going at it. Kris had, out of nowhere, reappeared in his life. He had no idea to who the other boy was. It didn't really matter since Kris was the problem.

The move to Seoul was obviously not far enough. Though, he couldn't leave now. Well, it was more that he couldn't leave Jiyoo. She was the only girl that'd caught his attention since Yi. What Tao couldn't understand though was the relation between Kris and Jiyoo. He knew how the older boy worked, and Kris was not one to take action without being provoked. All in all, Jiyoo must've done something to spark irritation and anger.

To ask the girl was impossible due to the language barrier and Tao was definitely not going to involve himself with Kris and his activities ever again. Not only because of the fact that his parents would disown him, but also because he'd found someone else to live for, Jiyoo. The boy wanted her and he was not going to let her die, too.

The fact that he didn't do anything when Kris killed Yi was an ordeal he would never forgive himself for. Tao hadn't even contacted the police. His own life would've been destroyed then. Kris had threatened to expose all the things that Tao had done, an ordeal that'd caused him to keep his mouth sealed. The boy's best friend had killed his girlfriend, and Tao had done nothing about it. Yi had sacrificed her life because of the way he had lived. To leave China and his past life was a contemporary resolution. That's at least what his parents had told him. Still, what hell was going to happen now?His past life, Kris and all the bad memories were suddenly coming back, all at once.

Running a hand through his hair he let out a deep sigh. The living room was a complete mess and he would need to buy some new stuff the next coming days. But none of that was much of importance. Kris was his biggest problem. He was not going to participate in whatever the older boy was up to. Unfortunately did he not know what Kris was going to do, and Tao doubted that the older boy would keep himself away.

The only thing was, how much could Tao risk in order to keep Jiyoo safe?

In another household was Jiyoo freaking out, she was phasing back and forth inside her bedroom. They knew each other, she'd heard Kris exclaim Tao's name out loud. But it didn't make sense, the China boy had moved to South Korea just a few months ago. How could he have gotten to know Kris in such a short amount of time, moreover, was he really a gangster? It seemed like the girl's question about where he'd learned the throat grip had been answered.

Though, did the school board even care?A possible gangster was mingling around within the walls of the prestigious Jawoon High School. Chaos would break out if the other students and their families would know. Maybe that's why the school board kept quiet about it, because they knew. Plus, Tao's family could've easily bribed the principal into letting Tao enroll. It did actually make sense.

"Unnie, are you not going to sleep?" Ahri had suddenly appeared at the doorstep to the bedroom. Jiyoo had nearly forgotten about the younger girl. She was not completely used to the new life without Yongguk. She missed her oppa, but it was obvious that they needed a break.

The two of them had to think about their values in life, what they wanted out of it. The cheating ordeal was something Jiyoo took to heart, and that despite that she, too, had involved herself in activities similar to Yongguk's. "Soon, go brush your teeth's and I'll be there in a few minutes to tuck you in, okay?" Ahri, enthusiastically, nodded her head before dashing off towards the bathroom. At least Jiyoo weren't alone.

The girl retreated from Ahri's side when she'd made sure that her sister had fallen asleep. Jiyoo's own conscious made it impossible for her to get some sleep. The thoughts circling around within were bothering her beyond anything else. Some fresh air would usually help, but Jiyoo was doubtful after what'd happen. To leave the house in the middle of the night seemed utterly stupid, especially since Kris and that other guy could be lurking around the corners. Luckily enough did the huge house come with a marvelous garden, a place she used to spend lots of time at when she still lived there.

Jiyoo shivered slightly when the cold spring air greeted her, though, she couldn't be bothered as she advanced forward. The destination was the sun beds located just a few meters from the pool, which was still covered up after the harsh winter. The starry night wasn't as noticeable from there as it'd been from the playground. Nonetheless did she continue to lay there, her thoughts taking over. Daehyun was obviously not the only one with secrets; Tao seemed to have a few of his own as well. Jiyoo rubbed her temple, confused to what was taking place around her.

There was a lingering feeling in the pit of her stomach, one that wouldn't leave. Could Jiyoo even trust them?It wasn't like she knew anything about Zelo, yet, she'd let him enter her life so easily. What if he had another side to him?The way they'd met was truly different. It was almost as if he'd planned on bumping into her, or, been told to. Daehyun and Zelo, it couldn't be that they were gang members?Oh mother of god. What the hell had she gotten herself into?

It couldn't be that it had anything to do with her father and his past. That was ridiculous. To hold a grudge for so many years seemed utterly painful. Nah, Jiyoo shook those thoughts away quite immediately. The girl's father had nothing to do with all the gang activity around her. Coincidences', that's what they were.

Speaking of her father, Jiyoo hadn't told him that she, for the time being, had moved back. Ugh, he would probably be really thankful for that she'd decided to actually break up with the 'good-for-nothing idiot' that he so nicely called Yongguk. However, Jiyoo and the older boy hadn't taken that step, something she was going to try and explain to her father. Whether he was going to listen or not could time only tell.

Not too far from there were Zelo and Daehyun occupying themselves with playing video games. The incident that'd taken place a few days prior was totally forgotten, simply because none of them wanted to talk about it. "Hyung, don't you think it's about time to tell Jiyoo?" the younger boy cheered after that he'd managed to kill Daehyun's game character. "I know. I'm just uncertain to how." To blurt it out without any sort of sensibility would only cause more trouble. The ordeal was a sensitive matter that needed to be explained with care.

"Hyung, people are going to die." Zelo shivered at his own words, he was actually terrified that Daehyun or Jiyoo would fall victims of the war that was slowly rising. It was just a matter of time before the death toll in Seoul would increase. "I know." people were going to be sacrificed, and that because of one man's greed.
