"What's your relation to those two?" Kris shoved the picture, once more, towards her. The playfulness he'd displayed had instead been replaced by a serious expression. The photo had changed everything and that was something the boy despised. It was obvious that Jiyoo was someone completely else than what he'd thought. She wasn't just any other curious high school student that was seeking adventure. "Who are you?" Kris raised his voice even further. She couldn't lie, as he knew exactly who the males on the picture were.

Jiyoo on the contrary, had no idea why he was freaking out over some old photo. Well, the girl was immensely glad that he'd changed his focus to that instead. "Why, are you going to ask my father for permission to marry me or what?" Jiyoo spat at him, only to a second later see how the older boy tensed. His whole body language told her that there was something.

"Don't try to be smart with me." he grabbed the girl by the arm and pulled her over to a chair. To fuck her was suddenly not his top priority. "Tell me and I might let you live." Jiyoo's eyes widened and her pulse skyrocketed when she saw how he reached for the knife he'd used to cut her jacket with, "think about Tao, you don't want him to lose another girlfriend, do you." was he being serious? He'd gone from almost raping her to threatening to kill her. Kris had to have some mental issues that needed to be taken care of. Because why else would he act like that.

"Why are you doing this?Do you think it's fun to torture me like this?" the smirk that became evident on his lips told Jiyoo more than enough. "Are you going to speak or do I have to hurt you even more?" the tip of the knife was, barely a second later, pressed against her throat. The previous cut that Dongyeol caused had precisely healed and she wasn't too keen on getting another one.

"T -the one on the left is my father, the other one is Daehyun's." Kris didn't know whether to feel happy over the fact that he now knew more of who Jiyoo was. Neither could he have guessed that the other boy, the one who he wanted dead, was the son of Busan's gang leader. It made him, truth to be told, slightly anxious. "Your father has been stealing money from us. Money we want back." what was it with people trying to convince the girl that her father had returned to his rootes of being a gang member?

"Fucking lies." she was reacting strongly to the accusations, which weren't too weird considering that it was her father he was talking about. "He doesn't need to steal money, the company makes more than enough." Jiyoo winced when the sharp blade almost pierced her skin, "oh really, and that's why his company is bankrupt." that wasn't true, she'd seen the money.

However, the more she thought about it the more uncertain she got. There had been a time just a few weeks earlier when her father's credit card hadn't worked, something that it'd never done before. Though, Jiyoo had received a huge amount of money a few days after that incident.

"You're lying, I will never believe anything you say." right, that statement went down the drain in an instant after that Kris showed the official document where it said that Moon corporations were bankrupt, "blood may be thicker than water. But in the end will everyone lie to survive." he spoke out of experience, the wounds of a broken promise was still evident within. Trust was a word that no longer belonged in his vocabulary. Its meaning meant absolutely nothing to him.

Withdrawing the knife he stepped around the chair, "So, tell me where he is." several thoughts swirled around inside her head and she weren't too sure of what to do. Jiyoo knew that to reveal where her father was were totally out of the question. The girl would never, despite whatever he'd done, hand him over to a group of gangsters. "AH." the pain rushed through the girl when Kris yanked at her hair, the action was so violent that her head was pulled back. "Shouldn't you want revenge after everything he's done?" the boy glared down at her, the intense eyes burned into hers and she felt herself shiver when the knife found its way back against her skin. Though, to get revenge on her own father seemed ridiculous, and that even though she despised him. But in the end was he still her father. "No."

Kris was getting more and more frustrated by the second. He wanted answers. Ones that he, at that moment, weren't receiving. "I don't have time with this so speak or I'll get some other toys that'll help you." Jiyoo were beyond stunned, the boy had to have a split personality disorder or something like that. Nothing else could describe how he could turn from calm and reserved to fuming and infuriated.

"Last chance." Kris gave her one last warning before heading over to a small cabinet, it's space was filled with various objects that were used for torture. The sound of metal clinging together caused Jiyoo to trash about, she couldn't move anywhere though, as she was tightly secured with ropes, "D -don't, I'll tell you." the boy was amused, he'd already known that she would give up. In fact, the girl had never really struck him as someone who was tough. It was just a facade that she'd put up. Unfortunately for her had it not worked on Kris.

The boy returned to his place in front of the girl. He was only going to give her one chance. "Don't even think about lying, I'll know immediately if you do." she would get hurt if she even as much as tried anything. "He's -he's -." Jiyoo cut herself short, the thought of what she was doing overwhelmed the girl. She couldn't tell him. The consequences of her actions would be huge and Ahri would probably be left without a father.

Trying to look as unbothered as possible she spoke, "I won't say." the reaction she got was different from the one she'd expected. He didn't slash her throat open like she had thought he would. Instead did he lean down, his face just inches from hers, "really, you won't say. Then you leave me no choice." her eyes snapped shut on instinct as she braced for some sort of impact, whether it was a hard punch or a knife, or worse, she didn't know. Though, there was no pain. Not physical wise, only emotional, as Jiyoo felt his lips against hers. She tried hard to turn her head, but his hands flew up and palmed her cheeks, thus keeping them connected.

Kris was satisfied as long as he knew that he'd evoked some suffering.

"Seems like your seduction aren't really working." a female voice joined in all too suddenly and Jiyoo couldn't help but to question her own sanity, especially since she believed that she'd heard that voice somewhere else. Kris pulled away, furious over the new addition, "you know what I think about being interrupted." the girl who'd just entered the room shrugged her shoulder, totally unfazed by the dark aura that Kris emitted. "Daddy is wondering what's taking so long?" it clicked somewhere and Jiyoo realized where she'd heard the voice. School, the new student, Sohwan.

"Park Sohwan." the name slipped from her lips. Why was the other girl there? She hadn't really looked like someone who belonged in a gang. "Hm, seems like you still remember me." Sohwan grinned as she walked over, "I think Kris already told you what we want, so I'm not going to repeat it." there was no empathy or anything. Indifference, that's what the both of them displayed. "Our money, we want them back." Jiyoo froze in terror when feeling cold metal pressing against her skull, "our money or I'll blow your head off. You choose." she disliked both of the options. It was either her father or herself. One of them would suffer the faith of being killed.

"Wait." Kris gripped onto the gun and pushed it away, there was no need for such things. "I have a better resolution." instead of letting Jiyoo get killed did he had something else in mind. Something that hopefully would spare the life of the girl. "What are you doing?" Sohwan hissed as the older boy latched onto her wrist and dragged her away. Making sure that Jiyoo was out of hearing range he spoke, "if we let her go then she'll most definitely lead us to her father." Sohwan didn't exactly like it. Though, as long as the money was recovered then she guessed that it was alright. "Fine." the boy couldn't help but to sigh once the leader's daughter had exited the room.

Kris had done something totally out of character. He'd just saved Jiyoo's life.
