The urge inside of Josh was growing by each second. Zach's lips was simply too tempting for him. He would've give in to that temptation if Eunice didn't suddenly opened the door of his studio.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Eunice asked, clearly shocked.
Josh expected Zach to do something that would make the situation more scandalous and would piss Eunice even more, but to his surprise, Zach quietly stood up. Before walking away, Zach left Josh one last look.
Longing and sadness were clear in Zach's eyes and it made Josh's heart twitch in pain. He felt like a thousand needles were pricking his heart at that moment, and a vacuum was sucking his stomach. Seeing Zach like that simply hurts.
He wanted to reach out to Zach. Josh wanted so bad to wipe that sad expression on Zach's face, but he was too afraid of the consequences.
When Zach walked out of the studio, Eunice followed him. "I knew it. You are after Josh, after all." She said in a voice filled with contempt. "Stop with your delusion, it's not going to happen. You're just getting in his way." She added.
Zach turned back and his eyes were so sharp that it pierced Eunice right away. Eunice was shocked by the terrifying stare that Zach was giving her. Although Zach didn't say anything, his message was clear. Stay out of his way.
Clutching his left chest, Zach retreated to the restroom. As soon as Zach got into the restroom, he leaned on the sink and looked at his face. He was bright red. His heart was beating so fast and so loud that he couldn't hear anything else.
He felt his knees getting weak and he struggled to walk inside a cubicle where he locked himself as he tried his best to calm himself down. "Calm down, Zach... Calm down... Calm down..." He repeated as he breathed deeply and slowly.
Zach took out his wallet and opened it. Inside was a picture of him and his twin brother. "My dear brother... is it alright...? Is it really alright for me to love him...? Is it alright for me to love Josh...?"
Things happened so fast that Josh didn't feel the effects of him falling a few moments after he stood up. His head started to really hurt and that was only when he realized that he hit his head on the floor badly.
His head was aching like crazy and it showed no sign of stopping any second. To make things worse, his heart was pounding so hard and strong that it was starting to hurt his chest.
In an instant waves of memories flashed into Josh's head. Everything was blurred and Josh couldn't understand any of it. That vision on his head kept pestering him the whole day and it was making him lose focus on his job.
There was a strong feeling inside of him that he needed to recall that memory, he could feel that if he didn't, he would surely regret it. So, as soon as his work ended, Josh rushed to Dr. Cassie's office for another session of hypnosis.
He had no intention to visit Dr. Cassie's practice that early in the week, but he couldn't help but feel that he needs to remember that memory as soon as possible. He couldn't help but feel that something very important lies hidden in that very memory.
The sun hadn't risen yet, but the members of the photography club were all gathered at the campus. One by one, the members who signed up for the camp stepped inside the bus. All the while, Josh was standing outside, impatiently looking around as he waited for Zach to arrive.
"Josh, come on." Frank called, standing by the door of the bus. Everyone, except for Josh, was already inside the bus.
"Zach isn't here yet." Josh replied stubbornly, refusing to move from where he stood. His heart was pounding at that very moment. He couldn't help but worry about Zach. Where is he? Why is he late? Did something?
