Castiel walked out of the clinic nervous.
What if Dean didn't like it?
Of course he will. Castiel assured himself.He flew over to where Dean was, which happened to be in the shower.
"Dean I'm ready." Cas reported, turning his head away to hide his blush.
"Ready for what?" Dean asked.
"T-The thing." Cas mumbled. He turned to Dean who still had a confused expression.
"The pizza man and the babysitter."
"Oh. Um okay, okay."
~Trolololo I can't write smut~
After a few days Dean waited on the couch, nervous while Castiel took the tests.
What if I can't be a good dad?
What will I do if I have a daughter? AND SHE GOES ON A DATE!?!?"Dean are you alright?" Cas questioned, his head tilted to the side.
"Yes, I'm okay." Dean replied, pulling Cas in for a hug.
"So? What's happening?"
"I'm pregnant." Cas laughed.
"Really?" Dean asked, excitement and eagerness in his voice. Cas nodded. Dean pressed his lips to Cas' and smiled.
~~~~~~~~~~
Dean was panicking, big time.
"Cas just had to have hamburger cravings." He muttered, practically diving into the impala.
He sped off to the hospital, millions of emotions blazing through his mind all at once.
"WHERE IS CAS!?" He asked, pretty much shouting at the top of is lungs.
"R-Room 2005." He slammed through the door and saw the doctor trying to yank away their children.
"It's okay." Cas lifted his other hand and made a "V" shape with his fingers, pressing a finger to each child's head. A few seconds later the babies were cooing, making baby gurgles. Two girls
"Thank god." Dean muttered, sitting next to Castiel and kissing his forehead.
"Don't you dare go on any dates or your uncle Sammy and your dads are gonna kick his butt."
