The misty fog slowly departed from the shady building, revealing what seemed to be an old, abandoned prison. Suddenly, thunder struck, and a downpour of rain hit the cornfields and the firetruck. Kaleigh jumped as did Nate, while Liam and Derek stayed in deep thought, unflinching. Derek looked out the side car window, up at the rain as it dripped down onto his face. He leaned back into the car and rubbed his eyes, his hair now damp, and proceeded to drive a tiny bit further to the jail. The other three all watched the creepy structure get closer to them, the thunderstorm adding a sense of danger to the scene. There was nothing to be seen beyond the prison, just a wide block of fog, a lifeless, gray background. Most would think entering is probably the worst idea that could cross the CPG's minds, especially after what happened earlier in the restaurant, the library, and now the fire station. It seemed as if everywhere they go, a new surprise is waiting for them, except for the hotel. But the CPG didn't care, so Derek parked close to the prison and proceeded to get out along with Kaleigh, Nate and Liam.

Derek clenched his knife, holding it firmly in front of him, preventing any exposure of his shoulder, while Nate and Liam who went to grab their newly found weapons out of the trunk of the firetruck. Liam took a shotgun and Nate took two pistols, planning on dual wielding them, holding one firmly in each hand. Kaleigh stood behind a trash can and waited patiently for any sudden movement or sound. The front door of the prison was locked with a metal chain, but Derek instinctively cut it in half with his khakri knife, opening it slowly. Kaleigh attached her flashlight to the top of her rifle and shined it on the entrance, revealing nothing but wall, meaning they were entering a hallway. The group moved in, Liam and Nate stood behind Derek with their weapons of choice, Kaleigh a little further behind, but for a good cause. By the time the entire crew had entered, the door slammed shut behind them and the lights flickered on. They knew almost positively that they were not alone. This was good though, as it helped them keep their guard up, and at almost every corner and every doorway they would aim, ready to shoot anything breathing or moving besides each other. Derek saw a stairway and motioned the group to follow him up it and they all nodded. The thunderstorm got quieter as they went up, which meant the walls were thick, and to Kaleigh, bulletproof, which meant a tougher terrain to deal with, but she liked a challenge. They reached the second floor and it was pitch black, chairs on top of each other and jail cells wide open. Not a sound out of any of the rooms except for the heavy breathing the CPG were enduring. Liam and Kaleigh turn to look at rooms on opposite sides, just to have Liam yell and the sound of bullets being fired.
