Derek and Kaleigh landed on the ground, on the other side of the wall. Nate landed and then Liam. "Hey, don't scratch, or rip, the fucking jacket." "Ok," Kaleigh simply said. This angered Liam. "You know what?-" "No, Liam. I don't know what," she turned around on her heel and got up close to him. "Could you tell me? Or maybe I don't want to know. Because if I don't like it, the next time a Smoker tries to gut you, I'll watch and let it happen, instead of shooting it like I just saved our ass back in the sewers." Liam stared at Kaleigh with a fierce look in his eyes, gritting his teeth tightly. Derek got in between the two of them and, being taller than Liam, stared down at him with a grim look on his face. Liam stared back up at Derek while Kaleigh pulled him back away from Liam, who was still looking in his eyes. Nate wanted nothing to do with this so he stayed out of it completely. He found a metal club in one of the rooms, particularly an old forgotten kitchen. Ever since he smashed that one Smoker with the wooden club he's gotten attached to that kind of weapon. Liam found a ladder. A.. ladder. But it wasn't all a waste, he took the iron bars out of the ladder, and went over to Derek. "Hey, can I borrow your knife?" "How did you know I had a knife?" "Things don't just slip by me." Derek thought for a moment, and shook his head. "No way." "Are you kidding me? You take my jacket but I can't borrow your knife? ".. Fine." he slipped the knife out of his pocket and spun it on his thumb before flicking it in the air like a nickel and having it land on his palm, extending his hand for Liam to take it. "Show off much," he grabbed it, but then grunted in pain as he cut his finger. "Oh, you poor baby. Be more careful." he dangled the knife so he could take it from the guard. Liam looked very furious now, but he simply grabbed the knife and went back over to his iron bars. He connected the two iron bars and sharpened the edge of one side to make a spear, using the knife. Minutes passed and Kaleigh found sniper ammunition on a desk, Nate found a Desert Eagle and Derek sat waiting for his knife to come back. Liam walked over to hand him his knife back, holding his spear above him as if he was purposely trying to get him to notice it. Derek nodded and squinted, "Nice." He took his knife and slid it back in his pocket. Suddenly Nate saw a group of people walking along the path through a tiny crack in the window, blocked by wooden planks. He raced over to Kaleigh who raced to Liam who raced to Derek. Kaleigh climbed to higher ground and got in position behind cover; sandbags. Derek got behind a brick wall with his knife gripped firmly and Nate hid under a table aiming his Desert Eagle cautiously. Liam didn't give a shit, and he charged screaming at the top of his lungs with his spear raised high like an Indian on cocaine. Everyone hated Liam for this, but Kaleigh eventually saw Liam slashing his spear at someone else, who dodged the attack and tried hitting him with his pistol. The opponent was taller, yet skinnier man, slim but agile. Liam tried stabbing him with the spear again, slashing upwards, but the man caught the spear mid-slash and turned on his heel, headbutting Liam from behind him forcing him to fall back, dropping the spear. He reached for a pistol until Nate pushed the table off him in rage and ran to the man, aiming his Desert Eagle at him, only three feet away. The man put his hands up and surrendered.
