Danger Force were at a seafood restaurant called Big Beards for lunch. Captain Man decided to award the team for all the hard work they've been doing so he took them out to eat. ShoutOut and Brainstorm had a booth to themselves, and across from them were Volt,Lightbeam and AWOL. Finally Captain Man had a chair pulled up to the table. The team were scarfing down their food while Big Beard, the owner watched shocked. He never seen anyone eat as much as the group of six have.
Big Beard: Ay!Your appetites be as big as me beard!
Captain Man:Shiver me timbers, this is some good food, Big Beard.
Volt:I'm so full, I couldn't eat another bite.
Big Beard:Tis a shame.Me daughter Lilith be on the way with some of our famous shrimps on a sword.
Volt:Oh, well, you didn't let me finish.
I couldn't eat another bite unless it's served...on a sword.
He walked off and his daughter,Lilith walked out of the kitchen pushing a cart full of shrimp with swords
Lilith:Order up for Danger Force!
She grabs a sword off the cart and faces the heroes with a big smile.
Lilith:Awol,you--
Captain Man:No, me first,I'm most important.
Captain Man grabs the sword from her and takes a big bite Lilith frown and grab another sword,turning to Awol
Lilith:Okay,um,Awol, you can teleport these shrimp to your belly.
Awol:That's not how I consume food, but thank you.
Lilith grabbed two other swords and looked at the couple
Lilith:Volt, I think you'll find these shockingly tasty.
Volt:Word play, fun.
Lilith:Lightbeam,I know you will find these shrimp blazing delicious
Lightbeam:Great,fire puns.Yay.
Lilith:ShoutOut, one bite and you'll scream
with delight!
ShoutOut:Ah, word play, fun!
Lilith grabbed the final sword and walked over to Brainstorm
Lilith:And last but not least...Brainstorm.The boy who storms my brain...daily.
Lightbeam raised an eyebrow at that as she looked over at the girl
Brainstorm:I was kinda wanting some word play.
Lilith:So are you officially official with anybody online?
Brainstorm:No, but I am officially thirsty.
Lilith:I'm thirsty, too.
Awol:Yeah,you are.
The team laughed and Lilith quickly got out of Brainstorm lap,clearing her throat nervously
Lilith:I mean, uh,I'll go get you a draft water, you beautiful dodo.
Lilith quickly scurried off.Volt turned to Lightbeam with a smile on her face,Lightbeam looked up at Volt in confusion.But she then laughed when Volt booped her on her nose
Volt:Boop.
Lightbeam smiled and pushed her girlfriend's finger away from her nose.The moment was broken by Awol's phone going off
Awol:Oh, it's Schwoz, something's going down, we gotta bounce.
Captain Man:You guys can bounce, I got free stuff comin'.
