Ditched

I waited outside the arcade for Tae. I was wearing a red flannel, black jeans with holes in the knees, black converse and a beanie. Tae was an hour late. I was gonna leave any second. My phone buzzed in my pocket. I pulled it out, I had a text from Tae.

Sorry Kookie...can't make it Yeri wanted to go somewhere :/
That text broke my heart. Tears threatened to spill from my eyes. I put my phone away and walked down the sidewalk, hanging my head. My phone started ringing, I looked at it, Tae was calling.

"Fuck you" I muttered, turning off my phone and putting it away.

I walked around Seoul till 10 o'clock at night. My legs were tired and heavy, I didn't care I needed something to do than just sit at home. I looked up, in the distance I saw Tae and Yeri at a restaurant. My blood began to boil. I kept walking, hanging my head. I walked passed them at the restaurant.

"Kookie?" He said.

Dammit Tae! Just fuck your girlfriend! I ignored him and kept walking. I heard quick footsteps approach me, I was spun to look at Tae.

"Why aren't you answering your phone? I was worried" he said.

"If you were really worried you'd come look for me" I said.

"I was with Yeri-"

"Then go back to her!" I snapped. Tae gave me a surprised look, I saw her watching us. She had on a super short dress, heels, her hair in tight curls, her breasts exposed.

Why in what way shape or form is she appealing?! I looked back at Tae.

"I thought you said you were happy?" Tae said sadly. I rolled my eyes and walked away.

"Junkookie!" Tae whined and grabbed my wrist. I yanked free.

"I thought you were only allowed to touch Yeri?" I shot at him. His bottom lip quivered. Normally I would hug him, but I'm too pissed.

"Kookie, I don't know what I did to-"

"Bailing on me for a girl you've been dating a day! You've known me since first grade Tae! You have no excuse whatsoever" I turned and stormed away. Tae stood there not saying or doing anything. I returned home.

I plopped down in my desk at first period. Tae wasn't here yet, thank god. A few minutes later Tae arrived, face red and puffy like he was crying. My heart ached seeing that. I let out a breath and turned away, he sat next to me with a thud. He hung his head, I heard sniffles.

"Tae?" I looked at him. He shook his head.

"I'm a terrible friend" he cried. Broken sobs escaped his lips. My heart ached.

"Tae..." I touched his back.

"I don't deserve to be your friend" he cried. I grabbed him and pulled him from the class room. I pulled him into a hug once we were outside. He hugged back weakly.

"Tae, I'm sorry. I was just mad you ditched me. You're a great friend" I hugged him tighter, my heart ready to fly away.

"You're right. We've been friends for years, I shouldn't let a girl break our bond" Tae hid his face in my chest. My heart raced more.

"I'll take you out for dinner tonight" Tae pulled back, smiling. I smiled.

"Can you afford it Mr. Big shot?"

"I have money!" He pouted.

"That's not what you said yesterday" I let Tae go. Tae whined.

"Just let meeeeeee!" He tugged on my blazer. I yanked free.

"Fine" I sighed.

"Yay!" He cheered.

"Yay what?" A girly voice said.

The devil is here..I turned my head and faced Yeri. A scowl on her face. Tae froze.

"Jungkook just agreed to hang out with me later" Tae smiled. Yeri raised her eyebrows and entered the class.

I swear to god Yeri if you screw me over you WILL know pain! I growled and entered the class.
