In My Eyes [Vkook]

Medication

Jungkook POV- 

I groaned softly and rubbed my head. I opened my eyes slowly, everything was blurry and faded. I frowned and looked around more. I saw pale blue walls and a window. I blinked and rubbed my eyes until my vision was clear. I was in a hospital room, tons of tubes were attached to random machines around me. I looked at them all, obnoxious beeping came from almost all of them. I grimaced and sat up slowly, I winced and laid back down. My whole body ached, especially my head. I sighed softly and laid back down. I heard soft snoring come from across the room. I looked towards where the snoring was coming from. 

Tae was asleep on the couch in the room. His hair all messy and sticking in every direction. A blanket was hanging half on him and half off of him. He had deep bags under his eyes and he looked really tired. I smiled softly at his face, then my smiled faded. D-Does he know...? I instinctively touched the spot on my neck, It was wrapped in gauze. I looked down at my lap in shame. Tae began to grumble and stir in his sleep, I laid back and pretended to be asleep.  

"Jungkookie?" He asked groggily, I continued to lay there. He yawned loudly and groaned softly. It took all my might to not smile. I heard him stand from the bed and shuffled over to the chair by the bed. A sudden warmth surrounded my hand, it felt nice. I opened my eye only a little to see, Tae was holding my hand gently. I tried not to smile. 

"Kookie..please wake up..it's been almost a day.." Tae pleaded. I bit the inside of my cheek. Tae leaned over and kissed me gently. I opened my eyes slowly. His eyes were closed. I smiled soflty, his eyebrows furrowed and pulled back. He opened his eyes and looked at me. I smiled softly, tears formed in his eyes. 

"I'm a prince" He joked and threw his hands in the air. I laughed lightly then winced and grabbed my head. He looked at me worriedly. 

"I'm fine..my head just hurts" I said softly and rubbed the back of my head. He pressed a red button on some tube. I frowned and looked at it. 

"What's that?" I pointed to it. He picked it up. 

"It gives you medication for when you start hurting" He put the button down and yawned. I rubbed my eye and yawned, I started to feel sleepy again. Tae giggled at me and poked my cheek. I turned to him, his rectangle smile was present.  I smiled sleepily at him. 

"Tired sleeping beauty?" Tae joked. I nodded slowly and laid my head back onto my pillow. He smiled softly at me and kissed my forehead. I smiled and closed my eyes. 

"I'll be here when you wake up" He stroked my cheek. I hummed in response and fell back asleep.

I woke up surrounded by a fluffy blanket. I smiled and snuggled into it more. I opened my eyes slowly, I was in Tae's bedroom. I frowned but the smiled. I moved the blanket aside and looked down, I was in one of Tae's shirts and sweats. They were super big on my tiny body. I sat up slowly, my head throbbed lightly. I groaned and rubbed the back of my head gently. My phone lit up on Tae's nightstand. I picked it up, Tae texted me. 

Haiii Kookie! c: I have school so that's not why I'm home..the medicine the doctor gave you is on the night stand if your in pain or something. Don't take too many, they're very powerful pain killers, see ya after school c: I smiled softly at the message and looked at the night stand. There was a small orange bottle along with a water bottle. I reached over and grabbed the bottle. I twisted the cap off and looked inside. The pills were small and white. I pulled one out and took it with some water. 

I put the bottle back and went downstairs to get myself something to eat. I just heated myself up some soup and went back to Taes room. I yawned as I sat on the bed with the soup. I took a couple bites before I started falling asleep again. I set the barely eaten soup on the nightstand and laid back onto the bed. 

Tae POV- 

"Kookieeeee!" I yelled happily as I walked into my house. I carried a small bag with some food for me and Kookie. I frowned when I didn't get a response, I made my way up the stairs to my room. I walked into my room to see Kookie asleep on my bed. I smiled and set my book bag down before walking over to the bed. I saw the small bowl of uneaten soup and smiled. I went downstairs and cleaned it out. I went back to my room. I laid next to Kookie. 

I smiled at his sleeping face, I brushed some of his hair back. That's better.  I grinned and kissed his nose.  He scrunched up his nose cutely and rubbed his nose. I grinned and played with his hair. He smiled softly in his sleep and sighed soflty. I smiled more and stroked his cheek gently. I stared at his sleeping face for what seemed like forever. I couldn't help it, he was just so gorgeous. In my eyes, he's everything.
