I finally got around to writing part 38, 39, and the true part 40. (This does not count as a valid part 40.) I'm starting up again, and I hope to get back to a reasonable schedule.
Most impatient people: "OMIGAWD! I HAVE TO WAIT FOUR MONTHS FOR PART 40!!!"
...No, you don't. I'm better with time, on a better schedule, I can write now. Its going to be at most, one week before I publish it.
