Natalia and the team were all in the library searching for books, there were a few piled up on the table. They also searched for tabloids, news paper clippings, videos finding anything and everything they could in the library on paper and digital.

Robby searched up some information online and printed them off.

"Guys we have to rule out the possibility that this is most likely what our town has been keeping secret for years", Robby said.

"That is impossible, you want me to believe that they, these werewolves have been in this town, our town for years", Stacey stated.

"Believe it or not yes, it's right here on our towns newspaper. There was an attack that had happened and also there used to be a science lab that curated experiments on humans and dogs",

"The experiments back fired, the animals died and the humans they experimented on with the gene Redgene, had created shapeshifting humans that could take the form of an animal, the form we now know as werewolves",

"Oh, for goodness sake this isn't Teen Wolf or Twilight",

"Better than a Twilight love story", both Ruby and Robby said in unison.

"Well they happen to take this form on a fricken full-moon, and we recently just had one",

"Thank god they won't be turning",

"It says they can still possess these abilities of agility, strength ten times stronger than a bear and heightened senses of smell and sound",

We all heard a crashing sound and broken glass from down stairs.

"What was that?",

"Oh, my god are we being robbed?", Stacey shrieked,

We were all hiding in the office, Natalia had a book in her arms as a weapon, we all tried scrambling around in the office and kitchen area to find something to make as a weapon, Natalia's mum and Stepdad were both on a date and Natalia had to lock up but invited us in. I had an umbrella, while Daisy had a knife.

Stacey had a small pot, Mike and Robby both had a broom stick, while Ruby had a book also.

The sound of foot steps got closer and closer to us, 

"All clear boss",

"Has anyone checked that room over there",

"Shit, who called the cops, quick we need to leave",

"Wait, someones been researching about us",

"Shit, we need to know who they are?",

"What do you want us to do with them boss?",

"Get rid of them, no evidence",

"Lyde, we need those books",

"Yes sir",

(A few minutes later)

The library was swarmed by cops and Ruby and Mike's dads took their kids home, including Robby. Both Natalia's parents had come and pulled her into a hug, they stayed behind while Aunt Kera just came and she took us home.

I kept thinking about how Lyde was involved in all of this, then I thought about the people he must be involved in...they were the Hugo brothers.

That meant that the Hugo brothers are werewolves and that meant if Lyde is working with them that he is a werewolf too. 

The night I fell asleep, I woke up to a small nightmare. I got up to get me a water, when I got me a water I saw something or what seemed like a person standing outside by the tree. I quickly closed my curtains and made my way in my bed. I grabbed a small weapon, my pepper spray and placed it between my hands, wedging it for self defence. Kylo was moving around in the bed, it was good to have my own room again. 

It did not take long for my window and ranch slider to be fixed and I was so grateful when I got to sleep in my new bed, Aunt Kera surprised me two days ago with a newly made bed and the bedrooms glass furnishings being fixed.

She even had a bed for Kylo bought in the room.

(Next few days) 

We were in what seemed like a hostage situation, Lyde was pressing his knee into the back of my leg keeping me down on the ground.

Daisy and Stacey were both crying on the ground, we were being held against our own will. We had been kidnapped and taken to a nearby warehouse.

The people who were holding us hostage was Lyde and Roze, including a few more people I wasn't sure about.

"I should have known it was Miss little perfect snooping around, well now you are going to just find out what happens when you go snooping on things and people you shouldn't have",

"Hush Roze",

"Lyde, she's the very reason we are in this mess", Roze spat.

"It's not their fault",

We were told to stay quiet and then the door opened, and footsteps came closer to us. It was the Hugo brothers.

"Well, well, well what do we have here?",

"You know what to do",

We started to get yanked on, and Roze tugged onto my hair harshly, almost making me scream.

"Hey, I swear if you hurt her Roze, I will end you, you hear me !", Daisy said sternly,

"You don't scare me Daisy", she shot back.

"Please just let her go",

The pain started to hurt, and Roze dug her nails almost into my scalp making me wince in pain, gritting my teeth.

"What's in it for me?", she asked.

"Please just take me, not her",

Roze shoved me to the ground and went to go to Daisy,

"No please, leave her-",

"Oh, for crying out loud, make up your minds, all of you are going to die anyway",

Lyde was by myself and then I heard him utter something.

"Lyde what is it?",

"She's my...mate", he said.

Mate, I thought,

"Wait, you look familiar...it can't be",

"What is it...?",

"Let her go...", the other brother spoke.

"Why?, she knows about what we are and so do the rest of them",

"She's...I have to confirm first",

"Lyde move for a second", he continued.

He came near me, and told me to stand up. I stood up and as I did, he studied me.

"Excuse me, I know you are scared but can you pull your left side of your top down" he motioned to me where.

I eyed him suspiciously and did as he said...and began crying.

"What the hell is going on ?!", shouted his brother,

"She's your niece, she's my daughter",
