Wenn couldn't say she was surprised by his reaction. She's felt this physical attraction between them from the moment they met.
But it's just that, a physical attraction.
Magnetic and kinetic energy is naturally attracted to one another.

But man... she likes this feeling...
He's a good kisser.
His hands trail from her face down to the hem of her shirt.
God... this feels so good...
But... it's too dangerous.
His hands are now under her shirt, grazing her bare back.
She has to stop this now before it gets too far out of hand and she can't stop anymore.
She puts her hands on his chest and breaks the kiss.
"Barry... we can't do this"
He looks at her, panting, electricity surging through his eyes.
"Oh boy, we better take you down a notch."
She rubs her hands up his chest and then down his arms to drain some of the energy.
He blinks a couple of times, coming down from the high.
Then realizes what he did and that his hands are under her shirt.
He jumps away from her. "Oh my god I'm so sorry!" He rakes his hands through his hair nervously. "I don't know what came over me! I..."
Wenn chuckles

"I do."
He gives her a look "You knew this would happen?!".
"Weeeelll... Not really expected you to literally jump me, but..."
She points at herself
"Me, magnetic energy."
Then she points at him
"You, a ball of charged kinetic energy... You're a scientist Barry, do the math. It's basic physics."
"Physics, yeah..." he feels a little disappointed, but sees her point.

They stand in silence for a little while, unsure of what to do.
He's curious about her and wants to get to know her better.
He also doesn't mind 'experimenting' with their powers a bit more, but... She's right, she's still learning about what she can do, and he's sure he hasn't reached his full potential either.
"I'd better get home." Barry breaks the silence.
"Yeah... You gonna be able to sleep?" Wenn asks
"I think so, this was...quite the evening" He smiles at her.
She blushes a bit, then walks him to the door.
"Well, if you can't, you know where to find me!" she wiggles her fingers at him.
He laughs "Alright, I'll see you in the morning."
She closes the door and he walks home. No flashing, just walking at normal speed.
He feels good.
Maybe he can beat this.
Get back on top and give the city the hero it needs.
