Mine's Cuter! (Mikoshiba Brothers x Reader)

Yeah, this isn't a super special secret chapter really, but I think that it is a cute idea, and it is the first one shot I have done with multiple characters liking the reader.

Third Person POV

The two orange haired brothers casually walked through the mall, checking out girls more that the stores. They would occasionally bicker over which girl was cuter, and who got to flirt with her, but besides that they were getting along pretty well. The older of the two stopped, and the younger looked back at him, confusion written all over his face.

"Hey, Momo," the older called, gaining his brother's attention, "how about we play a game."

The younger, Momotarou, thought for a moment before nodding his head, excited for what his brother had planned.

"What kind of game, Seijuro?"

Seijuro smirked, "A game to see who can get the number of a cuter girl ."

Momotarou's eyes lit up with excitement.

"Yeah, let's do this! I will totally get the number of a girl that's cuter than you!" Momotarou shouted, catching the attention of some of the shoppers.

Neither of the brothers noticed their onlookers, and neither cared about them.

"Alright, but it needs to be within the next two hours. Once that time is up, we will meet back here. The loser has to take an embarrassing photo of themselves and send it to the girl they got the number of. Deal?"

"Deal!"

The two brothers shook hands before taking off in opposite directions, trying to find the cutest girl in the mall.

Momo's POV

It had been a few minutes since Seijuro and I split off. I knew that I would win. I couldn't lose or I would have to send an embarrassing photo of myself to a cute girl! I was running through the mall, not realizing that people were getting mad at me for doing so, trying to find a cute girl. I saw a bunch of cute girls, and I would have loved to introduce myself, but I knew that they weren't cute enough to beat the girl that Seijuro would find. As much as I hate to admit it, he is pretty good at picking up getting numbers of really cute girls. I was still running and looking when I saw someone walk by me. I immediately stopped and whipped my head around. I had spotted a really cute girl that would easily beat whoever Seijuro got a number from.

I quickly ran after the girl, trying to catch up, but she was walking pretty fast. Luckily, because of all the running we had to do during swim practice, I was able to catch up to her. When I did, I ran around and stopped in front of her. She looked surprised at my actions, and before she could do anything, I introduced myself.

"I'm Mikoshiba Momotarou! My hobby is hunting for stag beetles! My favorite proverb is 'Even Homer sometimes nods'! My best dish is fried eggs! When I shower, the first place I wash is-"

Before I could continue, she giggled. I stood there, shocked at how cute her laugh was. I started to blush and become nervous, something that doesn't happen that often. She introduced herself, and we talked for probably close to an hour before we exchanged numbers and parted ways. I knew that I was going to win this game.

Seijuro's POV

I was starting to get frustrated. I had been flirting for over an hour, but none of the girls had been someone I could show off in front of Momo. I want to blow his girl out of the water with mine, and I hadn't found a girl suitable for that yet. Even so, I kept flirting and wandering around the motel, not giving up. After all, I still had about an hour left. I was looking everywhere, in shops, in the food court, in the elevators, just trying to spot a girl who could meet my high standards for this game. I was starting to lose hope, seeing as I now had about forty-five minutes left until Momo and I met back up. Suddenly, it was like an angel had fallen from heaven, because I saw a really beautiful girl looking at the windows of a shop nearby. My eyes sparkled, and I made my way over to her. I stopped before I reached her, because I was unsure how to approach her. I wouldn't act obnoxiously like Momotarou, but I didn't think that acting really cool would work on her either. I decided to act casual.

"Hi," I said, gaining her attention.

When she looked at me, I could see her beautiful (e/c) eyes. I started to blush, but stopped myself, trying to keep up the casual act.

"I'm Seijuro. Did you know that you have really pretty eyes."

She smiled, and looked away, shy. This action was so cute, that I had trouble controlling myself.

"Nice to meet you, Seijuro, and thanks," she said.

She proceeded to introduce herself, and we walked around the mall, getting to know each other in the process. I realized that I had a few minutes before I needed to meet back up with Momotarou, and we said goodbye after I got her number. I walked to the meeting spot, a smirk on my face. No matter how cute of a girl my brother could get the number of, there is no way he could beat mine. I knew that I was going to win this game.

Third Person POV

The two brothers met up at the meeting spot at the designated time, both sure that they would win.

"I totally beat you on this one, Momo," Seijuro said, the smirk from earlier never leaving his face.

"Don't count on it, Seijuro. I found a very cute girl," Momotarou argued.

"Yeah? Well, the girl I found had the most beautiful eyes. They are big and shine and reflect her personality!"

"Well, my girl had the cutest laugh ever! She has a great sense of humor! She even said that sometime she would like to go hunting for stag beetles with me! You can't get more perfect than that!"

"Well, mine is really nice and caring. She listened to all of my stories, and was interested when I talked about being the former captain of the Samezuka swim team!

"Mine is definitely cuter!"

"No, mine's cuter!"

"Fine, if you don't believe me, then I'll just have to bring her here and show you!"

"Fine! I am going to bring mine here too so that I can show you I was right all along!"

The brothers glared at each other, crossing their arms before looking away from each other. Then, they both saw the girl they had been talking about. Their eyes lit up and they called out.

"(Y/n)!" They both yelled.

They looked at each other with surprised that they had called the same name.

You saw the two and jogged over to them, happy to see your new friends.

"Hey guys! I didn't know that you knew each other! Now that I think about it, you look really similar. I'm surprised that I didn't realize it sooner," you said.

The two couldn't say anything, still surprised that they had both been referring to you.

"Oh yeah, Momotarou-kun," you said, turning your attention to the younger brother, "earlier you were talking about having a competition to see who got the number of a cuter girl. Who won?"

The brothers looked at each other, thinking the same thing.

If you didn't get it in my earlier author note, this was the super special secret chapter. It wasn't that special or super, but it was a secret. I just thought the idea was cute, and wanted to surprise everyone with it. Sorry it's out late, I didn't feel like writing today, but forced myself to write it just for you guys!
