Camila walked into her apartment feeling a mixture of excitement and disappointment. She was excited because she finally got to kiss Lauren. And she didn't even have to initiate it; Lauren kissed her! And pulled her onto her lap, and groped her ass for several long minutes. They had a full on make-out session next to the pond, complete with wandering hands and lips. And Lauren was a damn good kisser. Her lips were still tingling, and they stopped kissing almost thirty minutes ago.

But she was also disappointed. Lauren seemed to run away after Camila had invited her inside. Maybe she had been a little forward with her invitation, which she realized now, but she didn't expect Lauren to just, well, run. She decided she wouldn't think into it too hard. It was obvious Lauren liked her, unless the older player just went around making out with randoms. And Camila was definitely into the other point guard. The hopeless romantic in her might go as far to say she was falling for her, but she wouldn't admit that just yet. Maybe after another kiss, or an actual date, or if Lauren admits her feelings first. Then it would only be polite to admit that those feelings were reciprocated, right?

Either way, Camila was still floating on a cloud. She dropped onto one of the living room chairs on her back and stared at the ceiling with a smile on her face. Her fingers touched her lips and she smiled even bigger. "I kissed Lauren Jauregui. Lauren Jauregui kissed me," she said to herself, out loud, as if not saying it would make the memory disappear. "And...I liked it. A lot."

She wondered for a while what Lauren was doing right then, and cursed herself for not getting her phone number. She already wished it was tomorrow so she could see those strong green eyes again. For a moment, she felt struck with panic. Was this what it felt like to be clingy? She shivered and shook her head. No, she wouldn't allow herself to become that way. It was a sure way to get Lauren to run for the hills. She'd have to remain somewhat elusive, and have Lauren make all the moves. Yeah, that's what she'd do. Because if she was in control, Lauren would be naked, in her bed, right now.

She sat up when she heard the apartment door open. Dinah and Normani walked in with shopping bags, followed by BB and Taylor who appeared to be bickering over something. "Hey guys, how was your shopping day?"

"Oh, it was great. I gotta show you all the stuff I got. I think I bought like twelve crop tops," Normani said walking to her and BB's shared bedroom.

"Nice, what about you Cheechee?"

"Jeans on jeans on jeans. There was a sale at Levi's and I had to properly take advantage of such a rare opportunity." She shook her head at her roommate who walked into their bedroom to probably drop off her bags.

"And what are you two fighting about?"

"Nothing," Taylor answered quickly.

BB rolled her eyes and sat down next to Camila. "Taylor is in denial. Remember that Calvin guy? Well, he stayed true to his word and messaged her on Facebook. He asked her to go out with him next weekend and she won't answer him."

"Why not Tay? I thought you said he was cute," Camila asked, confused.

"I didn't say that, everyone else did. But it doesn't matter because he doesn't like me."

BB tossed her head back and threw her arms in the air. "YES HE DOES!"

"How do you know?"

"Oh my God, do I need to spell it out for you? A room full of tall, gorgeous athletes and he decides to talk to you. Then, he gives you his information so you can find him on social media. After you find him, the first thing he does is ask you for your phone number because he'd like to see you again. And then 'see you again' becomes 'plans this Friday?'. THAT MEANS HE LIKES YOU! WAKE UP SWIFT!"
