***Madelyn's POV***
I finally found a job at a restaurant called Nandos. I work at the cash register. I've been working here for about a week. I've actually been enjoying it.
"Miss I would like to have the grilled chicken and fries." I hear a voice say.
I look up and it is the boy next door!
"Um ok." I say as I write his order on the notepad.
"How much will it be?" He asks.
"Uh $5.79." I say.
He hands me the money and says,
"Hey aren't you the girl that lives next door?"
"Yes." I smile.
"Oh. I admire you for not freaking out over me." He says.
Freaking out over him? I don't even know who he is!
"I don't even know who you are. Why would I freak out?" I exclaim.
"Oh. Never mind. Anyways, my mates and I are having a party tonight. Would you want to come?" He asks.
"Um yeah sure. Where is it?" I ask.
"My place." He smiles.
I hand him his food and tell him I'll be there. Oh my goodness, he invited me to a party. He is the most perfect boy I have ever seen.
"Mady, Mady snap out of it!" My friend Kelsey says.
"Sorry." I laugh.
*A few hours later*
I put of some white high water shorts with a peach colored tank top thingy. Then I slip on some white vans and straighten my hair. I walk over to the boys house and knock on the door.
"Hey come on in." He says.
I walk in and see a curly haired boy sitting on the couch. Then I see a wild boy with brownish hair dancing with his shirt off. I'm a little scared. I see a boy with black whipped hair sitting on the couch also. I see a boy with light brown hair talking about some girl name Danielle.
"These are my friends. This is Harry." Pointing to the curly haired on. "Liam." Pointing to the one talking about Danielle. "Louis." The one jumping around acting like an ape. That reminds me of Karlee for some reason. "And this is Zayn." Pointing to the one with black whipped hair.
"Hi." I say. "Wait what's your name?" I ask.
"Uh um Austin." He says.
**Austin's POV (Niall)**
I see that all of the boys give me a strange look. Even Louis stops jumping around and looks at me strange. Harry pulls me to the other room.
"You're name isn't Austin. Why did you say it is?" He asks by whispering.
"I don't want her to freak out if she finds out who I am. I kind of like her. I know I just met her and all, but she seems special." I whisper.
"Yeah well she'll have to find out sooner or later. There are magazines with our faces all over them and we're all over the news. Like it or not, we're everywhere!" He informs.
"Well, I want to see how long it lasts. I want her to treat me like a normal teenager." I say.
"Ok. We should go back into the dining room. She is probably wondering what is going on." Harry points to the door.
**Madelyn's POV**
The two boys walk back into the room.
"Um what is going on?" I ask with curiosity.
"I had to talk to Ni.... Austin about washing my laundry tonight because I forgot to do it." Harry says.
"What are you talking about hazza? You did your laundry today." Louis laughs.
Harry gives him a horrid look. I can tell that they are keeping something from me. I don't know what though.
"Ok here's the truth. I had to talk to Austin about letting me borrow his trousers. I forgot mine at my mums house." He says.
Oh now I understand. He was too embarrassed to admit it. I see now.
"Oh." I giggle.
Suddenly my cell rings. QUACK QUACK QUACK!
"Hello." I answer.
"Madelyn!! Where are you? I just got to London and I don't know where to go!!" Karlee squeals.
Oh no! I totally forgot she was coming in today!!
"I'm so sorry I forgot about you. Hold on just a sec." I say.
"My best friend Karlee just flew here from The United States. Do you mind if she comes over here?" I ask Austin.
"Not at all. Tell her to come." He replies.
"Hey Karlee. My friend Austin said that you can come here to his party. He lives next to my dad." I say.
"Coolio. Where?" She asks.
I tell her the address and hang up.
After a few minutes she knocks on the door. Austin answers the door.
"Hello." He says.
Right when Karlee looks at Austin, she gasps then faints.
"Uh oh." He says.
"Oh my gosh Karlee!" I yell.
"Louis can you help me?" Austin asks.
Louis walks over and grabs Karlee's feet while Austin grabs her arms. They lift her up and take her into a room.
"I wonder why she fainted." I say.
"I know why. It's because..." Liam starts to say, then Harry interrupts saying, "Probably just a spell."
Okay, obviously they are hiding something, and I want to know what!!
