When Lightbringer woke up, she wasn't in the hotel anymore.
"Just a memory... my memory..." She'd mumbled to herself, still feeling internally warm. She smiled at the thought of the man, Aizawa. While that one instance didn't explain everything, all of the sensations, both mental and physical, told her almost everything she needed to know about him, in terms of his place in her life.
Looking around, she realized she wasn't quite back in the void, either. No, it was another memory. And she was... a child?
The home felt familiar, as did the people she was with.
She was seated at a table in a modest kitchen, being served food by who she could only assume to be her mother.
"Here you go [N/n]~" Her mother cooed, sitting a plate of food down in front of the young [L/n]. She'd beamed happily at her mother and began to eat immediately. Her stomach was quite bottomless, and her father chuckled.
"She's been such a fast grower, [M/f/n]." He smiled towards the woman as he'd helped with the plating and they too, sat down to eat.
The [L/n]'s were a thriving, happy family. The mother, [M/f/n], had an impressive quirk: Ember. It could be compared to that of Endeavor, but that wasn't something that could be linked yet considering that at the time, Enji was just a child.
And the father, [F/n], had Reflection, a Quirk that he'd utilized most by reflecting the sun itself, and people back at themselves.
Neither had chosen the Pro Hero route, [F/f/n] had gone into the fashion industry while [M/f/n] had opted for a career in cooking — and she was quite the chef.
Both were very accomplished in their fields of work, which allowed them to have a child and take care of her fully. Not a single need would go unmet. They loved her with all of their beings, she was their everything.
The two were relatively young, in their late 20's and early 30's, and had worked for everything they had.
The Quirk of their daughter was unknown, after all, Quirks don't tend to develop until a few years later in life — unless it's the sort like invisibility, or those who are born with certain physical traits such as wings or tails. She however, had none of those.
They ate primarily in silence, other than the young child's giggles that caused her parents to smile ever so softly as they ate.
Then, everything changed.
In science class, typically at one point the birth process of a star is taught. How gravity shifts and pulls, how raw heat gathers in the middle, how when it becomes hot enough, atoms clash together into a massive burst of energy and eventually, the energy and gravity find balance and shines.
That series of actions is what occurred within the comfort of their kitchen, much faster than the process of a literal star.
"Hm?" Piped the woman, noticing as things began to shift in the direction of their child. It was subtle at first, almost unnoticeable.
Until it wasn't.
There wasn't even enough time for either of the adults to notice what was happening, because by the time it had, they'd been smited.
The young Lightbringer didn't remember a single event from day, other than the blinding light that engulfed everything, the flames that ensued, and knowing that she was now all alone.

She felt hot, absurdly hot. On her knees she was panting and heaving, even sweaty, though considering her current physical form it didn't make much sense.
