"Where did that boy disappear to?" Inspector Payne said thinking out loud.

Kenneth appeared on the streets, but it was completely different, the buildings looked a lot older. The air was much thicker making it very hard to breath. He looked around and saw people dressed in rags lying on the street, women standing under the lamp posts trying to sell themselves to people passing by. He heard a chuckle come from behind him and turned around to see a shadowy figure standing in the dark alleyway.

"Alister Crowley."

"You remember me, I feel so special."

"What did you do, where am I?"

"You're in London my friend, 1888, the whitechapel district to be exact.

"Whitechapel...1888?"

"Something tells me you know your history; let me be more precise, it is Saturday, September 29th, do you know what that date details."

"You're talking about Jack the Ripper, the real one."

"Exactly, my favorite protégé."

"Protégé, how can that be?"

"The powers I possess do not bound me to any space or time, so now, I leave you with this challenge, Jack will kill two women tonight, let's see if you can catch him."

"Before I go, allow me to do you one favor." He said as he tossed a bag of clothes on the floor "In this act, I play the role of Professor Moriarty, you are Sherlock Holmes, let's see if you can play your part to the fullest and solve one of the greatest unsolved murder cases."

Crowley disappeared as Kenneth walked to the bag and found a black suit and tie, he used the dark alley to change clothes. Once he was done, the bag vanished and he made his way out onto the street. As he walked around, he not only had women trying to force themselves onto him for a quick thing of money, but also had to defend himself in many fights from folks who took his attire and expected him to have money, wno one believed him when he told them he was broke. Despite the distractions, Kenneth tried to remember everything he had learned about Jack to try to figure out who the next victim will be and where the body gets found. He found himself at Dutfield's Yard, off Berner Street; something about that area was striking his memory, hoping it was the right place. He looked at the pocket watch Crowley had left for him; the time was 12:55am. Kenneth heard a scream and rushed over, only to find a woman on the ground and a man kneeling over her.

"Stop right there!" Kenneth yelled rushing towards Jack.

Jack was very agile, and he was able to climb his way up atop a building and escape from Kenneth, disappearing into the darkness. He went back to the girl; there was one clear-cut incision which severed the main artery on the left side of her neck. Kenneth remembered there was uncertainty about this girl's murder on if it should really be attributed to the Ripper, or whether he was interrupted during the attack. At that moment he realized he just caused history as the one that interrupted the rest of the attack. The sound of a group of people running filled what was the silence of night; Kenneth ducked down a corner alleyway as the police arrived to examine the body; unfortunately Kenneth could barely make out what they were saying. The only thing he could understand was they had just broken up a fight in Mitre Square, it was then Kenneth realized that was the location of the next victim. He snuck away from the police area and sprinted off; he asked a man which direction it was to Mitre Square. He began rushing to the west, passing through alleys and fields.
