"Open the green one," I said, pointing at the packet of Cheetos

Aarav agreed excitedly and grabbed the packet from the back seat and opened it with a loud pop. He popped a handful into his mouth.

I did the same, and we both moaned at the same time, because honestly, this was the best flavor till now. He agreed with me, still chewing.
I popped two more into my mouth and looked out at the entrance of the club, where a big queue was already forming.

Aarav had parked at a slight distance, a bit hidden, and the car windows were tinted anyway, so nobody could tell who was inside.

We were both wearing his black hoodie—well, his, but now it was mine because it was soft and comfortable.

We had matching caps too, also his, also mine now, because they looked cool. Dressing the same felt necessary. It suited the vibe. We were about to kidnap someone, after all.

Aarav had been so excited when I asked if he wanted to come kidnap someone with me. He didn't even ask who we were kidnapping because he was too busy pulling clothes out. Because apparently it was his first kidnapping.

"So who are we kidnapping?" he asked, mouth full, taking a sip of his cold drink.
"I forgot to ask earlier. Got too excited earlier," he said, casual as anything.

I stared at him, dumbfounded. "Are you kidding me? Who gets excited because it's their first kidnapping?"

I said, stuffing five Cheetos into my mouth at once.
Seeing me do that, he stuffed in ten, like it was some sort of competition. Then he grabbed another handful with his other hand.

I snatched the rest of the packet.
"You almost finished it. Now it's mine," I said.

But right then, as my eyes drifted forward, I saw a BMW stop right outside the club door. My back went straight.

Because stepping out of the passenger seat was Priya. My cousin. And from the driver's side, a guy walked out too.

He looked decent and proper, like a nice guy. Which made no sense, because as far as I knew, Priya was a total nightmare, and this guy looked like an innocent puppy.
But never mind.

"So who is our target? The boy or the girl?" Aarav asked, munching on the last of the Cheetos crumbs straight from his palm.

"Wait, wait. Isn't she your cousin?" he asked.
My head snapped at him. "How do you know she is my cousin?"

"I... I..." he stammered, looking anywhere but at me.
"Because we looked up all the people who were related to you when you were kidnapped," said a voice from the back seat that was definitely not supposed to be there.
