Chapter: 11

(Lunch break Jade is still at School with all the guys she meet in class)

~Jade's Pov~

When the teacher finally called for us to break for lunch, I was so relieved that I literally had to bite back a squeal, and settle for a quiet cheer.

Jade: yes! *I said while I fist pumped the air absentmindedly. My head felt like it was going to explode, if I had to do any more math problems. Luckily that part of the testing was over now. I smiled widely at the teacher as I stood up and stretched, while I listened to her as she was telling the class that it was time to take a break and eat. She had given us 1 hour, for our lunch break. She said we could stay in the class or go out and come back. I noticed a few of the guys were staring at me as I stretched while still listening to the teacher like I had been doing. But it wasn't until I saw Jungkook eyes widen and a faint blush creep up his cheeks, that I realized the reason they were staring, it was because my chest was sticking out quite a bit as I held my arms up above my head, and my shirt had come up some to reveal about an inch or two of skin around my tummy area, revealing my tanned and toned/flat stomach. So I blushed slightly and lowered my arms and readjusted my shirt just as the teacher finished talking to the whole class about their options for lunch.*

Teacher: ..... Other than that a you are free to go back to your dorm and eat, or you can have your food delivered and stay here in the classroom to eat it, but you can't leave the building to go out and get your food, because of safety reasons, and if you do end up staying in here to eat then make sure to clean up after yourself. *she said and instantly Jungkook's hand shot up.* yes Jungkook? * she asked*

Jungkook: Mrs.Han I have a photoshoot to go to during the lunch break. My manger set it up and my hyung's have already been at the shoot for 3 hours now, and they are waiting on me. May I please be excused for the next hour to go do the photoshoot and then I will return. *he said and I could see the teacher frown at him, So I quickly spoke up.*

Jade: it's true Mrs.Han I heard NamJoon oppa and Jin oppa talking to him about it this morning, over breakfast. It's for some ad campaign or something, but NamJoon  said it wouldn't take that long to shoot. *I said and she nodded thoughtfully.*

Teacher: I see so then will you be joining him at this shoot Mrs. Min? *she asked, but I shook my head*

Jade: no ma'am. I packed a lunch, so I am going to just stay here and work on getting caught up, and maybe start on my Korean lessons. *I said and she nodded in response.*

Teacher: ah Right, I wanted to speak to you about that. *she said quickly before turning back to Jungkook and sighing* fine Jungkook I guess you can go today, but you know the rules as does your manager. You are not supposed to have group stuff scheduled on school days, with the exception of being away on tour like the MonstaX guys are right now. So tell your manger to give me a call so that we can talk about this. *she said and he nodded* okay then You may go now Jungkook, but don't be late coming back. *she instructed and he nodded and then left the room after giving me a quick look and I nodded for him to go on, so he did* As for the rest of the you, you may go as well, but I would like to meet with BamBam, Jun, the 8, Vernon, and Jade for a moment so can you guys stay back for a few minutes please . *She said and the guys all shot their friends a weird looks, then looked at each other in confusion as they slowly approached the teacher and I while I tried to give them a reassuring smile* okay guys so I know that most of you guys have been here for a while, so your Korean is actually pretty good. But there may be a few words you are still struggling with, or some phrases you still may not understand fully. Which is why I would like to set up an extra credit study group among you international students to help you guys learn Korean better. You will practice speaking Koran to each other and help each other as you, all learn the language together. Now I know you guys are all on different levels with your Korean and so this group may not be that beneficial for you all at first. Because we will need to start with the basics for Jade's sake, but I do think that it will be beneficial for you all in the long run. Now because this is an extra credit thing it'll be mostly student led, so you can structure it however you guys want to. But it will require that you to turn in a monthly project, whether it be a book report or a personal autobiography or something else in Korean to show that you're making progress with the language. So you guys will need to meet outside of class as a study group to have your own study meetings, and do your projects in order to earn your extra credit for that month. Now personally I would like you guys to meet 2-3 times a week, outside of class, but of course I know you that with you guys schedules this may be hard. But I am going to require that you guys meet at least once a week as a study group, so that you can at least check with your study group members and see how they're Korean is coming along and what their project for the month is based on, because I would like to make sure that you guys are all doing your own thing and that your projects aren't over lapping with each other. *she said and we all nodded* So does this sound like something you guys would be interested in? I mean it is basically a free letter grade, for just hanging out with your friends from class once a week, and putting together 1 fun project a month together. Which should be pretty easy since you guys are all naturally pretty creative as artists anyway, and Jade-ssi you seem pretty creative as well, and I can already tell from your test results today, that you are pretty smart and have good comprehensive skills. So I believe that with this study group, on top of your private tutoring sessions, that you should be caught up and speaking Korean just all well as the rest of these guys in no time. *she said and I nodded at her then looked over to the other guys and gave them a shy smile.*
