Jade's pov: I can't believe I'm finally in LA, It feels so Good to be home. I thought to myself as I finished unpacking my last outfit from my bag and placing it in the drawer. I had already hung up my nicer outfits, just to make sure that they would not wrinkle. Then after I finished unpacking I checked the time and saw that I still had a little time time before we had to go, so I decided to take a quick shower and clean myself up a bit. I mean after all I have been traveling for a while, so it wouldn't hurt to clean up a bit. So I made my way into the bathroom that was attached to my room and took a fast shower before getting out and quickly drying off. I then quickly wrapped a towel around myself and started to blow dry myself hair using the mini hotel blow dryer that I found in the bathroom. Then after I finished with that I started on my makeup which I kept pretty simple so it didn't take too long to apply. Once my makeup was done, I decided to style my hair a bit to give it a more elegant look, after all this was a fancy party we were headed too, so I probably needed to dress up a bit more then usual so that I would not embarrass the guys. I did my hair in a cute half up, Half down style, by braiding the front part and bangs in a waterfall style braid that then twist in to a follower shaped bun, while the of the layers hung down loosely in sort of a natural wavy styled small curls kind of look that was very cute and elegant at the same time. ( See pic below for example of the hair style only imagine it is dark/brown almost black hair with faint natural reddish/burgundyish highlights from being out in the sun)

After I finished styling my hair and then went to go get dressed. Since the kickoff party event was supposed to be kind of formal as the guest in attendance were all supposed to be Kpop idols, well known media stars, or members of the press. I assumed that the dress would be a more of a semiformal type thing so I decided to wear one of my nicer dresses. Which I bought during my shopping trip with the girls from Blackpink specifically for events like this. At first I had a hard time choosing which dress to go with as I had packed several options figuring that I would have to attend a few events like this while on tour with the boys for the next month and a half. But in the end I choose a very simple but elegant looking white body con style dress that had a sweetheart styled top and a sort 'bow styled' 2 inch tie strap 'thing' that went over just one shoulder, to give it the one shoulder thing, and it was very stylish and elegant, while still hugging my curves nicely giving it a very sexy look too. The dress itself showed off my shoulders and collarbones, but still was pretty modest all things considered, because it covered my cleavage appropriately and went down past my mid thigh, and stopped just 2 to 3 inches above my knee. I loved way it looked on me and thought that the stark whiteness of it accompanied by it's plain but elegant look, really gave it that extra something to make it stand out. All in all it was a beautiful dress, and I looked pretty great in it. So I was happy with my choice. To off set it I kept my simple makeup look but decided to go with a bold red matted lipstick color to really make the color pop, and the contrast between the two really worked out well. What with the soft gold eye shadow, and basic black mascara's simplicity, really adding to the bold red lipsticks effect.
