Chapter: 10

Jade's POV

Jungkook came in and joined me quickly, while placing a hand on my shoulder, causing me to look up at him. I did my best to ignore all the stares that we were still getting.

Jungkook: wait here for a moment, I will be right back. *he said softly, then made his way over to a group of about 10 boys who were all sitting together. All around me the other boys began talking to their neighbors who I assumed were their other group mates, while they all stared at me. But I ignored them and kept my eyes trained on Jungkook, as he talked briefly with one of the guys in Korean though whatever he said made the other guys nod too and then a few of them smiled over at me and waved. I didn't want to be rude though, so I returned their gesture with a friendly smile, and It seemed like the whole class was listening into their discussion now and after a few more minutes Jungkook stopped talking, and then began leading one of the guys over to me. To say he was beautiful would be an understatement, because this guy was one of the most handsome guys I had ever seen. But then all the guys in this room were very handsome, and I suddenly felt very self-conscious. The guy smiled at me as he approached me.*Jade-ssh this is Vernon he is from New York. He speaks English really well, so I asked him to be your translator for the day and to show you around and introduce you. He is a very nice boy. He will help you today, but I am of course still here if you need me *he said in his broken English, and I nodded as I listened to him closely. I looked over at Vernon and he smiled down at me politely*

Vernon: hey what's up, I am Vernon *he said, in perfect English as he offered me his hand to shake. I smiled as I shook his hand, because his English was so perfect, and it reminded me of home, even though I had never been to New York, his English was just so American that it made me super happy to hear it*

Jade: Jade, it's a pleasure to meet you. *I said back politely, with a big smile on my face*

Vernon: no the pleasure is all mine trust me, here let me take that for you. *he said nodding towards my binder as he reached out and grabbed it.* we'll be sitting over there with my friends, come on, I will introduce you to them *he said to me politely and I smiled, then gave him the one second sign with my finger, as I turned back to Jungkook*

Jade: Can I, Jungkook Oppa? *I asked, causing Vernon to raise his eyebrows slightly, but Jungkook just waved him off with a warning look to which Vernon held his hands up in surrender, then Jungkook looked over at me and smiled*

Jungkook: of course Jade, go and have fun. I will be in my seat over there if you need me. *he said pointing toward a empty chair, he looked at Vernon again* take care of my dongsang Vernon. *he said in Korean and Vernon nodded to him before smiling back at me kindly*

Vernon: let's go. *he said as he began to lead the way over to his friends who were smiling at us expectantly. I could see now the guys had all scooted over some and added a chair next to Vernon's seat so that I could sit next to him. He gestured with his hand that I should slide in first so I did depositing my purse on to the ground beside me and as I took my seat Vernon passed me my binder, which I placed on the desk in front of me as he took his seat beside me. As soon a he had sat down his friends surrounded us and he began talking to them in Korean. But I heard my name meantioned, so I assumed that he was explaining to them who I was. The guys all seemed to nod along with whatever he had said and then they all smiled at me.* So Jade, I will introduce you to my friends now. This is Dino, The8, SungKwan, Minguu, DK, Woozi, Wonwoo, Hoshi, and Jun. *he said pointing to each boy* We are at part of a group called Seventeen and we just recently debuted. There are 13 of us in total, but our older hyungs have already graduated, so it is just the 10 of us here today. But Woozi hyung, Wonwoo hyung , Hoshi hyung, and Jun hyung are all seniors and so they are in there last year of school. Then rest of us are either Juniors, or sophomores like yourself. Anyway I was just telling the guys, that your name is Jade Min and that you are Suga hyung's sister, who has just recently moved here from the states. But they want to know a bit more about you, so uh what more can you tell us about yourself? *he said to me in English and I shrugged*
