Recap(Becca's POV
Light beamed in through the small two-paned window, making me open my eyes. A tray of toast, eggs, and a glass of juice sat on a two-legged Maple table to the right of me. Daniel has started giving me food that isn't rotted, which is a good thing. I hope.
My bruises seem to be fading a bit, feels like I have been here for months—even though its just a little over two days. "Becca!" I hear the deep baretone voice, that rattles the room.
I raise up a bit, on the two-seater couch—trying not to wince due to the beating from yesterday. "Yeah, Daniel?" He picks his pace up and runs over to me.
Before I can say or do anything, his lips are on mine, and he begins his morning ritual.

Lying there moitionless, thoughts began to cloud my mind. "Where is your precious God, Becca?" The voice spoke. Fear crept its way up my body, and all the way through my finger tips. I began to tremble, fear overtaking my body.
"God, where are you?" I cry out.
In the back of my mind, a song began playing.
"I've been through enough to know, He'll be enough for me
He's come through too many times
That puts my mind at ease, for good
I'll stake my very life, He's gonna take care of me,
Cause I've been through enough to know, He'll be enough for me"
An instant peace enveloped me, and I heard the soft whisper, that I have known to love.
"I am here. Lean on me, my Dear child. My love never fails"
The pain seems to fall from what Daniel did earlier, and I feel my Father's arms wrap around me, taking all the sense of helplessness away.

Jamie's POV
Sitting in my car, I bow my head and began to pray. Everything Rain had told me, was taking its toll on my heart. She explained that, Daniel and her had a relationship some months ago, and she got pregnant, and the only way she can protect her daughter is helping Daniel with his schemes and if she doesn't do what he wants and when he wants—she gets punished.
She gave me the name of the hideout where he took Becca, but when I told her about the police report she knew exactly where he had moved her. Some place called the secret. She said Daniel had a habit of naming his places, so he could remember the experiences.. I shudder at the thought.
Rain gave me the directions to the place, and I told her to go to Kay's house—a place where she would be safe. I called Rachel before I left the diner, and told her everything, and told her Rain would be on her way.
