Journey's Beginning-Tenrose

"It doesn't need saying" the Doctor said trying to sound sure of himself he was trying to give Rose what she needed, but it was hurting him so much.

Rose's face fell and she turned to the metacrisis he leaned down and whispered something in her ear. She looked up at him in astonishment, the grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and kissed him.

The Doctor's face was stone still, but deep in those eyes you could see one emotion; jealousy

He turned and began walking towards the TARDIS.

"Hang on a minute."

The Doctor turned around

"I'm you," the metacrisis began sounding annoyed, "and therefore I know what you want, I want what you want, so you can't fool me by pretending you don't want Rose Tyler. You think you're giving her what she deserves, a man who loves her and can spend the rest of his life with her. That's not what she wants. She wants you."

It was the Doctor's turn to look annoyed "If that's true then why did she just kiss you?"

"Feeling jealous spaceman?"

The Doctor glared at him "Stop it, of course I want Rose. But I'm a Timelord, I'll long outlive her."

"And you think that matters to me?" Rose jumped in sounding hurt, "Doctor I love you more than I've loved any man before. So you seriously can't think that something like that will stop me."

The Doctor stared at her, his eyes wide "Rose Tyler." He said simply

Rose smiled "Doctor."

"Come here, you."

Rose ran over to the Doctor and crushed him in a tight hug, he fully reciprocated.

"Hello Rose."

"Hello Doctor."

"I s'pose our journey's just begun then?"

"That it has Doctor."

The journey called love

You have no idea how much I wasn't this to have been the actual ending to Journey's End, actually you probably do. But that would have just been perfect.
