This one might end of having more than one part to it. I'm really impressed with myself.
Rose Tyler collapsed to the floor in pain. So far she had managed to control her screams of pain, so as to not wake the Doctor up. She wouldn't be able to keep it up much longer though.
Her breath was raspy as she groaned and shook on the ground. She was breathing so fast she felt as if she was about to pass out.
She let out an earsplitting scream and immediately heard footsteps thundering down the halls of the TARDIS. He had heard.
Her bedroom door burst open and she saw the look on the Doctor's face. He was scared. "Rose what happened!" He shouted - not out of anger, out of fear.
Rose was breathing heavily, still in deep pain. "I-" She cried out in pain. "I don't know!" A wisp of gold came out of her mouth as she was gasping for air.
The Doctor eyes widened as he realized what was going on. "Rose!"
"W-what?" Her eyes were red from tears. She looked half dead. It tore the Doctor to pieces to have to see her like this.
The Doctor closed his eyes in pain. "I'm sorry, Rose."
Her vision started to blur, and then went black completely.

When she woke up she was in a bed that she recognized as one of those in the medical room of the TARDIS. Rose heard voices outside the door. They were faint and she could barely hear what they were saying. One she almost immediately recognized as the Doctor's. The other one she couldn't tell, it almost sounded a bit robotic.
The door creaked open and the Doctor walked in. "Rose, how are you feeling?" Rose noticed his eyes were a bit bloodshot. How much had he been sleeping?
"I'm feeling better." She replied. "Are you alright?"
The Doctor looked confused. "Huh?"
"You look really tired, Doctor." She told him.
"I'm fine." He replied, a bit too quickly. She fixed him with a stare for a few moments. Then decided it wasn't worth it.
"What happened to me Doctor?"
He looked as if he was contemplating whether or not he should tell her. "I've thought about it for a while. I'm almost positive it was Bad Wolf. Somehow it's still inside you. I'm not exactly sure how or why, but it's hurting you, Rose."
Rose looked him in the eyes. "How much is it hurting me, Doctor?"
He grimaced at the question. "If we don't find a way to get it out of you soon, it could kill you." He swallowed after the last bit.
Rose was so shocked that at first she didn't realize what he had said, she noticed it moments later though. "We?" She asked.
The Doctor's eyes widened as he realized what he had said. "Uh, you know, ah you and me."
Rose narrowed her eyes. "I heard you talking to someone, Doctor."
He took a deep breath in. "I have a sort of companion that has been with me since the Time War. You'd be the first person I've ever told."
"Who is it, Doctor?"
The Doctor squinted his eyes shut for a moment. "You won't be impressed, Rose. In fact, you'll probably hate me."
"I could never hate you, Doctor." Rose assured him.
The Doctor shoulders slumped. "We'll see." He mumbled, and went over to open the door. "Rose Tyler, this is Dalek Jek."
Rose's jaw dropped as a Dalek entered the room.
Ooh cliffhanger. I have an interesting story about the inspiration for this oneshot. It was a dream.
You must be thinking something along the lines of: "She dreams about Doctor Who?! Okay she is really obsessed."
And yeah that's basically it.
