Grimlock marched down the hall, carrying a metal barrel filled with oil in his arms. Normally, carrying something so heavy of this size would require, like, 10 worker drones to carry it, maybe 20.
But Grimlock was not those weaklings. He easily carried the barrel until he came across a single, unarmed WDF worker drone standing guard behind a bulkhead door. The WDF worker, seeing the Dinobot's approach, tipped his helmet off to him.
"Good evening, Mr. Dinosaur. Here to visit the prisoner?" The worker greeted as Grimlock stopped in front of the door.
"I can't help but notice that there's only one of you worker drones standing guard without a weapon to defend yourself with... Uh..." Grimlock pointed out, slightly leaning forward to read the name tag on the drone's uniform.
"Dave."
"Oh, that's a funny joke. The WDF doesn't need weapons. We've got all the security right here, thanks to Khan." Dave laughed, as if he thought Grimlock was joking, as he tapped his knuckle against the door.
"You mean the same security that got turned into molten slag by what's locked up on the other side?"
"Oh, those doors were old. But our brilliant minded, great protector, and fearless noble leader, Khan Doorman, has carefully devised an absolutely genius plan to not only replace those doors with literally the exact same model with no mods or upgrades of any kind whatsoever, but with a FOURTH door! Isn't that great?! Now our protection from what's in the outside world is all but guaranteed. With those babies up and running, we won't need to rely on Khan's crazy disappointment of a daughter and her murder friends for protection anymore."
Grimlock stood there, completely flabbergasted by Dave's completely confident statement, slightly shaking his helm at the drone's complete and utter stupidity.
"Any who, enough about our divine, all powerful and completely indestructible doors, let's get you in there, shall we?" Dave said as he turned to the keypad, imputing the correct combination, resulting in the door opening, allowing Grimlock to go through.
Uh... Thanks?" The Dinobot thanked unsurely as he stepped through the door before the door closed behind him. Just as it did, he turned his gaze behind him to the door.
"Idiot." Grimlock snarled to himself at Dave before he continued onward, travelling deeper into the prison.
You see, this part of the colony was once a holding facility the humans used to contain criminals like thieves and hooligans, but after the core collapse and that literally not a single worker drone here broke any laws, there was no use for this place.
That is until Trypticon happened.
After the incident, Shockwave had converted the old holding facility into a proper prison. And he did so by upgrading the whole part of Outpost-3 with cybertronian tech. And, for additional security, Shockwave disabled the kaiju's weaponry (his cannons, his missiles, his laser breath, all of it), and he also fixed Trypticon's constant overheating problem.
Unfortunately, that doesn't mean he's not immune to the same oil requirements cyberdrones have.
Grimlock came to a stop at a prison cell, with bars of energy that will shock anyone who tries to break out, and stared at the dark mass of metal in the dark corner of the cell.
"What do you want, Autobot?" Trypticon snarled bitterly, not even turning his helm to face him, as his tail moved from left to right.
"It's lunch time." Was all Grimlock replied with, typing into the control console of the cell, creating a small opening for the barrel to fit through.
