...

Random dice falling from the air. It was a bit peculiar, yes. Scratch that, it was very peculiar. They were the exact same ones I had when I was still Glave, or at least, it seemed that way. From my knowledge, those items were able to do numerous things, they were quite powerful. But, was it enough? Enough to defeat this hellish beast otherwise known as Luto, the Retired Administrator of Time and Space? An absolute monster, I dare say.

The message echoed in my mind. Wielding the abilities to transcend time and space. What was the main objective here?

When I turned around to check on Ara, she had already gone to retrieve one of the dice from the floor. Right as she made contact with it, red markings appeared on her cheeks, along with nine white fox tails materializing. Her hair was also changing from black to a pure, whitish colour. I was familiar with this transformation, her contract with Eun.

"Hey! Is that Ara or Eun?!" I shouted.

"Eun. Ara is currently unconscious. These cubes hold a great deal of energy, but her physical condition still remains. Her body should be able to handle the execution of one final attack, with my control, though."

And with that elucidation, I instantly snatched mine from the ground, as did Eve and Chung.

The celestial fox spirit wasn't wrong. This was an insane amount of power coursing through, thanks to those cubes. I could feel it, it was enough for my most powerful skill to be utilized.

I could see the Nasod whispering something into Eun's ear, but what could they be talking about at a time like this?

"Haha... well, this is problematic." Luto sighed. "Enjoy the boosts while they last, weaklings!"

"Weaklings? Oh no, you must be mistaken! With six of us, and four with additional buffs? Or should I say, seven? JI, NOW!" Eun commanded.

Ji, who was completely camouflaged in the space, thanks to her invisibility, appeared from her hiding spot in the corner, rushing up to Luto and abducting the key-rod from his hands while he was caught off guard, using her mouth. Then, she raced all the way to Eun, throwing the key into the air.

"Heaven's Wrath! Face your judgement, Luto!" Using Ara's techniques, the spirit had swung her spear, six times, hitting the key above her, before leaping into the air to spin and slash another three times, thrusting and penetrating the flying object upon landing, all accompanied by flower petals that seemed to have emerged from out of nowhere.

Luto's source of power broke into fragments and fragments of tiny pieces, as a sparkling substance rained down.

Ji was impressive, I had to admit. I forgot about her presence, but she had done an excellent job at hiding, not even Luto could sense her. From what I could tell, Ji probably had a telepathic conversation with Eun, to plan the final blow. It was likely that Amelia wasn't even aware about the secret stratagem, despite being Ji's 'host'. Or perhaps I was merely looking into this far too much. Tsk, tsk.

The old geezer gulped. "Oh dear. How unfortunate, for those almighty cubes to have dropped..."

Ara's turn was over, however, the time had come for Eve, Chung, and I. The three of us had surrounded Luto from a suitable distance, and...

"Lunatic Scud!" "Doom Strike!" "Kyahahaha! Luto, this marks your end! PARANOIA!"

It was safe to say that the room burst into supreme havoc. Portals hovered over the opponent, as spears fell from the gateway, followed by large Nasod machines sending out loud electron explosions and plasma, everything was conducted by Eve. Chung stunned Luto in place, sending powerful blows after jumping into the air thrice, each more hefty than the previous. Energy denotations flooded out from the cracks of time and space I made.

By the time the show finished, the lair was annihilated, with ashes here and there, scattered around. And most pleasing of all, a deceased Luto laying lifelessly on the ground.

Mission complete.
