"I love you, Emily."

"Promise?"

"I promise."

"Don't make a promise you can't keep."

"I would never."

Smiling, giggling, and kissing.

His touch, the way he looked at me, his laugh, smile, the way his voice sounded. Who was that?

My heart monitor brought me out of my daydream, I looked at it and realized that it was my heart that was beating so fast.

I touched the area of my heart and suddenly felt sad.

I feel like I'm missing someone, and everyday it just get's worse and worse.

"Hey." I looked over and saw Chloe.

"Hey." She came and sat by me, "Good news. They say you can be release sometime this afternoon."

I should be happy, but for some odd reason that wasn't the news I wanted to hear.

I've been in here for a week since I woke up.

"Chloe." She looked up from her phone. "Is there someone else that hasn't come to visit me?"

The smile on her face fell lightly but she quickly covered it up. "Nope."

She gave my hand a reassuring squeeze. "Look, I'll see you later okay?"

I nodded and waved as she walked out. As soon as she was gone, I ripped out my IV (carefully) and took off all the stickers.

I grabbed the suitcase that Sylvia had brought while I was sleeping. I slipped on the clothes and my shoes. I crossed my fingers that I wouldn't get caught.

I checked myself in the mirror and couldn't help but traced the tattoo on my neck.

It was a wolf howling at at moon, with the initials A.D. Beautiful actually.

Except I can't remember getting it. Quickly I left my things, knowing someone would come and get it.

I snuck out of my room and walked down the hallway towards the exit.

I saw Jake and Aiden coming, well crap. I turned to face the paper on the wall and pretended to read it, like it was what I was looking for.

As soon as they passed, I made a break for it. Without getting caught that is, and I made it outside, I smiled as the chilly air hit me.

What month was it? September, I think.

I walked down the street letting my feet carry me. I didn't know where I was going or why but I knew I had to be there.

After awhile I realized that I was in the woods, I remember this spot.

This is where the rogue tried to attack Sylvia and I.

The rouge, images of that night flashed through my head.

My dog died, for trying to protect me, Jacob jumping out to save us.

"Emily." I turned around and I looked into the most amazing brown eyes.

However nothing came to me, so cautiously I walked up to the boy in front of me. I raised my hand and placed it against his cheek, gasping when I felt the sparks shoot up my arms.

Why couldn't I remember his name?

Coming up with an idea, I placed my hands on his cheek before smashing his lips to my own.

It was like someone popped the bubble that held my memories of him, as I kissed him.

Kissing a stranger is odd but this is no stranger.

How could I ever have forgot him?

The day I met him, when he told me he loved me, when I confessed to him, when he marked me.

Pulling away, I rested my forehead against his own, "I love you. So so much."

He wrapped his arms around my waist and held me tighter as if he was scared I'd disappear.

"I'm sorry." His voice cracked breaking my heart. I just hugged him tighter, "Why didn't you come to see me?"

I finally asked as I pulled away. "Your parents thought it'd be best that you regain your memory of me on your own."

Of course they did.

"They were afraid that if you saw me, you wouldn't remember. They wanted to give you time." I frowned and smashed my lips to his once more.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him, if that were possible.

"I love you." He whispered as he laid his forehead on my own again. I smiled and gave him one last kiss before entwining our hands together.

"Let's go."

"Oh my god! You're okay!" Syl gave me a bone crushing hug making me laugh.

"Yes, Syl. I'm fine." She sighed in relief and checked me out to see if I had any bruises or marks.

"Sylvia! Seriously I'm fine." I laughed out while giving her another hug.

"Well come on let's go inside." I grabbed Alex's hand and pulled him with me.

"My baby!" Again my mother gave me a bone crushing hug.

"Can't. Breathe." I muttered and she apologized pulling away.

"I was so worried, you had disappeared and I didn't know what to think." I shook my head.

"I'm fine." She laughed and I forgot Alex was next to me until he wrapped his arm around my waist.

She smiled at us, "So am I getting grandchildren?" I gasped and slapped her arm. "Mother!"

She held her hands up in surrender, "I'm just curious."

"Well someone's going to pay if she is." I covered my face with my hands and groaned.

"Dad." He chuckled and kissed my head. "Just saying baby."

I rolled my eyes and turned wrapping my arms around Alexander's waist.

"You guys are mean. I should be saying that to you." My mom started blushing and my eyes widened.

"No! Oh my god! I said use a condom!" My mom and Alexander cried with laughter as I scolded my dad.

"Jesus! I'm 16 and I know better to use a condom!" As everyone was laughing and my dad was glaring at me.

"Emily Marie Reynolds!" His tone was enough to make me run. "You're so going to get it!" I continued running around the backyard as my father chased me.

This was how my life is supposed to be.

Not hell and problems, but fun with tons of memories.
