Chapter 22

Joe's P.O.V

I woke up the next morning, holding Madi in my arms. For the first time in so long, I actually had a good sleep. I moved some lose strands of Madi's hair away from her face. She started shifting around. Shoot.

"Morning Mr. Sugg," Madi said, looking up at me and pecking my lips.

"Good morning, Miss. Delist. Are you excited to see what gender baby Sugg is going to be?" I asked as I took out my phone and looked at the time.

"Super excited!" Madi said, pulling herself out of bed. She walked into the bathroom and used it. I was scrolling through Twitter when Madi walked in.

"Can you drive me to my apartment real quick?" Madi asked, holding her bag. I grabbed a shirt, put it on, and shoved my phone into my pocket. I walked into Caspar's room and he wasn't there. Madi looked over at me, giving me a note.
The note read," I went out with Josh. I'll be back tomorrow morning. Oh! And make sure to call me after Madi gets her scan! Oh! And if you can, bring home some pizza!" I laughed at the nite and threw it in the trash can.

We hopped into the car and drove to Madi's new apartment. We listened to Tyler and Korey's podcast on the drive there. Madi LOVED their podcast. She always listens to it.

The apartment was super tiny and there was basically no furniture. I didn't say anything because I thought it would be rude. I took a eps eat on a tiny couch while she got ready.

Madi's P.O.V

I quickly hopped into the shower, put some makeup on, and put my hair up into a bun. I walked back out into the living room where Joe was. He just stared at me, smiling.

"What?" I asked, giggling a bit.

"I actually don't know!" Joe said, laughing and standing up. He held his hand out to me and I laced our fingers together. We walked back into the car and drove to the hospital.

I walked into the hospital and signed in. We sat down on the chairs in the waiting room.

"Madison Delist?" A nurse said as she walked in with a clipboard. We walked through the hallway and stopped at a door. She openned it for us.

"Just take a seat," the nurse said with a smile. I liked it when someone was working and they were able to smile. A lot of people have trouble smiling at what they do. I sat in the hospital bench (I have no idea what the thing is called! LOL) while Joe sat on a chair. I was so excited and I could tell Joe was to.

"Hey, can we head over to Zalfie's house for the night?" I asked. I don't know why, but I really missed them. Oh wait I know why. Because I haven't seen them for 4 months. Duhhh.

"I'll ask them," Joe said, taking his phone out and texting Alfie and Zoe. Once Joe sent the text, a doctor came in. She looked about a few years older than Joe and I, but she still looked incredibly gorgeous. I looked down at her hand which had arming on it. No wonder, I don't know how she could be not single. She had blonde hair and green eyes.

"Hello, I'm Dr. Richards,"'the doctor said. She sat some papers on the counter.

"Hello," Joe and I said at the exact same time. I giggled a but before laying down all the way. She put something on my stomachs and some other stuff. I was too excited to remember anything that she did to me.

We looked at the screen as we looked at the baby. I looked over at Joe who was smiling so much. We discussed that Joe wanted a girl, and I wanted a boy.

"Oh! It's a girl!" Dr. Richards said as I clapped. I don't know why, but I just did. I looked over at Jow who was super happy. He's so adorable!

Dr. Richards wrote some things on the paper as Joe and I watched. The whole time Dr. Richards was with us, she was acting a little weird, but not the bad kind of weird but the akward weird. We were walking out of the room when Dr. Richards came back to us with a girl who looked about 12. She had long black hair like mine and glasses. She was wearing a Bethany Mota sweater that I own.

"This is my niece, Erika. She loves both of you guys! Her mom dropped her off here today because she had work and her father lives in America," Dr. Richards said.

"H-hi," she said. She was so adorable.

"Hello there!" I said, giving her hug.

"Hey little Sugglet!" Joe said, giving her a hug as well.

"Ca-can I we take a picture?" Erika asked, pulling a penguin cased IPhone.

"Sure!" I said while she gave her phone to her aunt. She took the picture and we gave her one last hug. We walked out of the hospital and into the car.

" Erika is so cute!" I said as a I bucked up.

"I know! It made me realize that one day, our baby girl will be a little tween like her!" Joe said as he drove out of the parking lot.

" Oh and Zoe said we can come over around 1," Joe said. I nodded my head in agreement. We pulled up in front of the Jaspar household and walked in. We sat on the couch and watched The Duff. It's one of my favorite movies ever.

"I'm hungry," I said looking up at Joe.

"Nandos?" Joe as I nodded my head. Joe turned off the T.V while I fixed my hair. I grabbed my bag and we walked out. Once again, we hopped into the car and drove to the nearest Nandos.

We walked in as a little bell rang. We sat in a little booth near the window. Our waiter came to our table and took our orders. I ordered ________ (never been to Nandos, so fill in the blank) and Joe got _________. It was SOO good, and once again, I ate a ton. I don't know if it's the baby or me who is so hungry.

We were now in the train going to Zalfie's place. I edited my vlog as Joe watched.

"What?" I asked as I looked over at him.

"I missed you a lot," Joe said.
