Chapter 28

Joe's P.O.V

We all jumped out of the car which took absolutely forever. Whenever I'm with these people, they literally take 2 years to get out. After grabbing all our stuff, we finally walked into the store. It had so much cute little clothes and furniture. Right when I was about to turn around, Madi came popping out of no where.

"Holy shit, I yelled as our group shushed me, excluding Madi who was literally dying from laughter.

"Oh my god! You got so scared,"Madi laughed, breathing between each word. Even if I'm really annoyed with Madi right now, she found a way to make me smile. She's so adorable when she laughs.

"You're such a dick!" I whisper, lacing our fingers together. We walked around occasionally stopping to look at cribs. They were all very adorable, but none of them really caught our attention. Right when we were about to give up, we saw an adorable little crib. I looked over at Madi and I could tell she felt the same exact way about that crib.

"oh my god, Zoe! This one is absolutely perfect!" Madi squealed. We walked over to the cashier and told them we wanted to purchase the crib. The crib was going to be delivered to our new house in a week from now.

We then walked out of the store and back into the car. Our next destination was the mall. Louise said there is this mall with tons of baby stuff, but it's like an hour drive. Louise was driving with Zoe in the passenger seat while Darcey and Alfie were in the middle, and Madi and I were in the back.

Madi's P.O.V

I took out my earbuds and my phone, and listened to this week's Psychobabble. After about 5 minutes, I started drift off. I didn't realize it, but I fell asleep.

"Madi, wake up," Joe said, picking me up from his shoulder. When I openned my eyes, Joe was giving me this really weird look. I giggled a bit before fixing my hair.

I guess Joe saw me because he said," You look fine, lets go!" The excitement in his voice made me giggle. I got out of the car and into the entrance of the huge mall. I felt someone's hand grab mine, and I could already tell it was Joe. Just feeling his presence makes me melt.

We walked into a shop with lots of baby things. From strollers to diapers to toys. Joe and I picked out a some decorations for the room and stuff. After about an hour in that sore, we finally decided to just split up and do whatever. Zalfie and Louise were together, and Joe, Darcey and I. Louise wanted to see if we would be good parents. This will be fun.

Joe was holding Darcy as we walked around the mall. Occasionally, we would stop and look at things that Darcy thought were cool. I felt my stomach grumble, and we decided to go get some food. We piled into the elevator and went down to the first floor where the food court was. There was a Nandos which I was literally craving. I told Joe my order and he left to the Nandos, leaving Darcy and I out at a table. Darcy was sitting on my lap while I showed her pictures of California.

"And that's my old dog, Moo," I said as I stopped on the picture of me and Moo. I really miss him. He lives with my dad now. Moments later, a couple walked up to us.

"Hello there! You're Madi Delist right?" The girl said. She looked about my age, but I wasn't quite sure.

"Yup! That's me!" I said, giving her a very genuine smile.

"I love you, Joe, and all your friends so much!" The girl said. I could tell she was beyond excited, but trying to keep it cool. I stood up and gave her a hug. She gave such a caring hug.

"Hey, I watch your videos as well," the guy said. I tried not to judge because more than half of my videos are fashion and makeup videos.

"Well that's amazing! I said as I pulled him into a hug. He was okay and all until he grabbed my ass. I immediately pulled myself off of him.

"Hey!" I said, trying to stay calm. Honestly, I can't believe some guys are like this.

"What?" He said, trying to act innocent when really we could all tell he was lying.

"You just touched my ass!" I said, defending my self.

"Did not!' He said still trying play it cool. I could tell his girlfriend was about to lose it as well. Luckily, Zalfie and Louise came.

"What's going on?" Zoe said with concern in her voice.

"This prick grabbed my ass!" I yelled, trying to hit him, but Alfie pulled me away from him.

"I am not a pick! And I can't believe you can't tell who I am!" the guy said as I tried to make out who he was. I searched every inch of my brain. I finally realized who he was. David Arnold, Mr. Perfect of high school.

"David?" I said as my voice cracked a bit. I had a huge crush on him in high school. Every girl did. I'm just glad I didn't hook up with that dick.

"I knew you would remember me," Dabud responded as Joe came up from behind me.

"Oh please. I just remember you because you were the school's hottie when really you were just a big bitchy dick!" I said.

"What the hell is going on?" Joe asked, seeing the fustration in my face.

"Let's go, David," the girl said, yanking his arm and walking away. David was going to get an ear load. I thumped onto the food court chairs and sighed.

"Little prick," I said under my breath. I can't believe him. I felt Joe slide over next to me. He sat as close to me as possible and wrapped his arm around my waist. Just feeling him this close to me turns me on.

"What happened?" Joe asked.

"I just ran into a high school dick, and he pissed me off," I said, trying not to draw anymore attention to us.

"What did he do?" Joe asked, sounding a little more annoyed.

"He grabbed my ass," I said under my breath. I could already tell Joe wasn't going to be happy. He spat out his food out onto his plate.

"That little bitch," Joe said, squeezing my hand a little bit harder. No one really said anything for the rest of the meal.

We all piled up into the car again. I took out my phone and looked through my Instagram feed. I found out about Caleb from Bratayley's death.  I sheaded a little tear. I watched their videos all the time. Caleb was such an amazing boy. He was so young and amazing. It hurts knowing that Caleb is no longer on our world. He's gone.

A/N

So as you can tell I didn't have a lot to write about. But about Caleb from Bratayley. I really do miss him. He was an amazing child who really did deserve to live a longer longer life, but things just happen and we can't do anything about it. I truly miss Caleb, and I bet tons of fans do as well. I can't imagine what his family is going through right now. All we can do is just hope for the best to his family and be extremely supportive, and that's what they need. xxx
