Alex's p.o.v
After I saw Sophia standing there my eyes widened.
"Who is it!?" I heard Shelby whisper yell
"Your mom!" I said moving to the back of the building
"No!" She yelled jumping of the dresser
"OPEN UP NOW SHELBY!" Her mom yelled
We stayed quiet.
The door started shaking until it busted open.
"Kids let's go NOW!" Her mom yelled
We quietly walked to the door. We got in her car and the was silent.
"How did you find us?" Shelby finally asked
"Jake told me." She said stepping out of the car
"Of course he did." Shelby said running to the front door
I followed
"SIT!" Nash said as I walked in the door
We sat.
"I'm so mad at you two!" Sophia yelled
"What, did you honestly think I was going to stay here with that maniac!" She yelled
"Shelby, I know he shouldn't have slapped you, but you should not have acted that way!"
"And you Alex-" Nash started to say
"Do you really think I was letting her go alone." I cut him off
"You just met her, and she is being a bad influence right now!" Sophia said
"I may have just met her, but I know that she is an amazing girl and doesn't deserve what this. She doesn't deserve being alone either." I said walking to the room I was staying in.
"ALEX!" I heard Nash yell
I sat in the bed thinking. Why did I say that. Now she knows I have feelings for her. I thought to myself as I face palmed. I heard the door open,then close.
I looked up and it was Nash.
"What's going on Alex?" He asked
"I don't know."
"Do you like her?"
"I don't know, maybe."
He sighed
"I'm off tour soon,so you can come live with me then."
"Ok...." I said confused
"Until then, you are going to stay with Hayes."
"What?, no!"
"Yes, now pack your things."
"No!"
"Alex, you can't stay here. Sophia and I already talked it over."
"Why!?"
"Because ever since you got here, you and Shelby have done nothing but trouble."
I rolled my eyes.
He started to grab my things. I really didn't want to leave. Shelby had become my beast friend in the mater of 5 days. I helped him and about an hour later, we were done. I walked down with Nash with my bags.
"Where are you going?!" Shelby asked standing up
"He's staying with Hayes." Sophia said
"No, he can't!"
"Yes Shelby, you guys need time apart."
Nash pushed me out the front door.
"Bye Shelby!" I yelled
"Bye Alex!" She yelled running to the door with tears in her eyes.
I got in Nash's car and we silently drove to Hayes house. After Nash dropped me off I put my things in my new room. I'm so tired of moving. I decided to text Shelby. Instantly I got a reply.

Me-don't cry please, meet me at the park
Shelllllay👑-I can't leave 😥
Me -then I will come to you
Shelllllay👑-don't get in trouble!
I didn't respond. I jumped out my window. I ran to the garage and quickly got my penny board. I skated for 30 minutes until I got to her house. I climbed on her roof and she immediately opened the window.
"Hey!" She said climbing on the roof with me
"Hey!" I said back
"So, how are you doing?"
"I don't know." She shrugged
"It will be ok!" I said putting my arm around her
"Promise?"
"Promise!" I said smiling
My heart was pounding. I really liked Shelby. We sat there just talking and laughing for hours until I got a text from Hayes and had to leave. After we said our goodbyes I skated "home".
"Alex you can't keep running away!" Hayes said opening the door for me
"I had to see her."
"You really like her, don't you?"
"Yea I guess." I said running to my room.
I watched vine for awhile until I became tired. I fell asleep shortly after.
I dreamt about Shelby and how lucky I was to have her as a friend. I wasn't really good at making friends, since everyone thought I was weird. I woke up to so won't shaking me and saw Hayes.
What he told me next made me shake.
