Twenty two

Alex p.o.v
"You broke our promise."
"I know. And I'm so sorry. I was being a jerk and letting the fame get to me. I want us to go back to best friends and do stupid things together. I missed you so much,but I didn't want to admit it because I thought I was all that and didn't need and a bestfriend. I'm so sorry Alex." She said tearing up.
I couldn't resist. I kissed her. She kissed me back too.
"Alex." I jumped. I turn to see violet standing there
"Violet, I'm so sorry."
"This is Shelby caniff. The girl who broke your heart. Isn't it?"
I nodded
"Listen. If you weren't over her why didn't you tell me. I would have understood. Don't go sneaking behind my back. Just talk to me. If you want to be with her I totally understand. Just tell me!"
"I'm sorry Violet."
"Ok. If that's what you want Alex. Good bye."
She walked out with tears running down
"Why did you do that?" Shelby said
"I can't be with her. I want to be with you."
"Alex we just now are seeing each other after 3 years."
"And I know that my heart still belongs to you."
She smiled and grabbed my face. Her lips crashed with mine. We let go and I held her hand. We continued to watch the movie. I hope it stays like this. I can't have my heart broken again.
After the movie, we walked to get ice cream.
"Alex,I need to tell you something."
"What is it?"
"I have a sister now."
"Really?!"
"Yea it wasn't planed but we love her so much."
"How old is she?"
"She's 8."
"That would mean you were 11 when she was born. How?"
"Taylor um had an affair with my mom and he stopped seeing her when I turned 13 but the woman had already had her. We didn't find out until I was 15. The woman finally told Taylor and then my mom found out."
"What!? Are they still together?"
"Well they split up for a year and then they talked it out and they really missed each other, so they got remarried."
"What's your sisters name?"
"Beth."
"Does she live with you?"
"Yea. When she told my dad she had a daughter she also said that she couldn't take care of her and he needed to take her."
"Well I'll have to meet her."
"Yea! We moved back to Cali so we can go visit near Christmas."
"Sweet!"
I walked her to her dorm and we said our goodbyes. I've missed so much in her life. And she's missed alot of  mine. She doesn't even know that my mom got out and that I live with her and my stepdad in Kentucky. I want to tell her but she seemed so happy. It won't hurt to go visit my dad and my family. I haven't talk to them in forever. I miss them like crazy.
