"Who gave this to you?"

"A blonde girl."

"Was her name by any chance Morgan?" He asks.

"Yeah, that's who it was." He rolls his eyes.

"Come on, we need to get you sobered up." He helps me up, his hand firmly on my side basically holding me upright because my legs are like jelly. "Wait here." He says once we get to the bottom of the staircase. I lean on the banister for support.

"Hey gorgeous, why don't I know you?" A guy I don't know says to me. He's fairly attractive - tall, short black hair that's kind of gelled up in that quiff thing guys do nowadays - but he's that way too forward to be into, overconfident type so I try to think quick and say something that'll make him leave.

"What?" Is all I can seem to conjure, great Kim.

"I feel like there's something between us, you know?" He steps towards me and I try to step back but just fall onto the staircase. "Let me help you." He wraps his one arm around my hips and one on my arm and pulls me up towards his body.

"What are you doing?" I ask when he pulls my waist into his.

"We should dance."

"Uh, I don't think I should."

"You wanna do something else?" A boyish grin spreads across his face.

Clearly I don't notice this or its significance though because I say "Yeah I do."

"Follow me." he leads me away from where Noah had told me to wait for him and down the hallway towards Poppy's garage, he switches on the lights and we go in. It's empty and he sits me down on the old couch that's there. "I'm Owen, what's your name?"

"Kim." I answer trying to focus on his face but my vision is so blurry and I'm really dizzy.

"You're so hot." He says, woah what?

"Excuse me?" He leans forward and starts kissing my neck and pulls the strap of my dress and bra down my shoulder. "Hey!" I shout and try to push him away from my but he's to strong or heavy or I don't know. "Stop it!" I yell in frustration planting my hands on his chest and trying to push but my feeble attempt isn't enough to get him off me.

"Let's just have some fun, babe." He slides one hand up my thigh so I close my eyes and use all my strength to push against him again and to my complete surprise he falls backwards off the couch.

"What do you think you're doing?" Noah yells, he must have pulled him off me.

"Come on! I'm just having some fun!" Owen replies getting to his feet.

"Get out of here."

"Why don't you just go back to the party and we'll carry on, alright?"

"No. If I were you I'd get out of here." Noah takes a step closer to Owen, sizing him up.

"Whatever, I don't need this." He mutters and leaves briskly.

Noah quickly turns his attention to me, "Are you okay?" he says sitting down next to me.

"Uh huh." I don't know what comes over me but it feels like a tsunami and I burst into tears.

"Don't cry." Noah says inching towards me but not knowing how to comfort me. I put my face in my hands and sob. "Please don't be sad." He says again. "Drink this." He says handing me a bottle of water.

"Thanks." I wipe the tears and mascara from under my eyes hoping that I don't look like a panda and start to drink the water.

"How do you feel?" He asks.

"Pretty bad."

"I'll stay here with you until you're okay." He says.

"I don't want to ruin you're night."

"Trust me, you're not." He smiles.
