<I'm writing this is school so 😂 sorry if it sucks butt, oh well.>

Your Pov:
I was casually walking down the stoned street observing the houses. They were all 2-3 story buildings build with a wooden frame with tall walls. They all were the same style of house too. No porch but a big deck on the 2 story. Bare windows of basic design but effective with the high elevation. They all were a tan-ish brown color with hints of black and white.

I wasn't really paying attention until a force whipped into my side making me fly into one of the house's outer wall. I pealed myself out of the new imprint of a prefect silhouette of my body. I shook my head trying to get my vision straight again. Big white flashes of light kept erupting in my mind.

I staggered around trying to catch my balance again. I looked up and saw a flying snake! A sleek long body with small scales and a large mouth. It's pearly white fangs stuck down wards out of its mouth and curved.

It had to keep slithering to stay a float. I took note that it had red eyes, and white scales like the spider from earlier. They all must come from the same nest, area, cave... something! I cocked my arm back, "Moon Dragon Slayer; Crater Creator" ((Don't ask... I don't know...)) I balled my hand into a fist as it glowed blue. The snake also cocked back to strike but I jumped up and exploded the spell at the top of its head. Crack. Crack. I could hear its skull breaking as the force smashed it down into the stone walkway. Red blood flowed out of its dead mouth staining it's teeth. The dark clouds from above fell down and vanished much like before. The sun showed. Looks about noon. I unclenched my fist. I placed my open hand on its head, "I'm sorry."

I felt bad, for the spider too. They didn't ask to die. I gave the dead monster a smooth pet and sadly smiled. and began my trip down the road again.

After 3 more monsters I was at the center of the town. It was a round opened area. Streamers and festival curtains hung across the top of it between buildings. I hummed the song quietly to myself as I actually danced in the open area. I remember now why this place seemed familiar. When I was 16 me and the caravan that paid me for my protection strolled through this place. They were holding their annual Dragon Festival! The legend has it that at the drop off of the plateau -on the other side of the town from where we came from- there is a cave where a dragon lived. The dragon would take 7 humans every year and would bring them to heaven. Even though the villagers knew the legend was bullshit they still carried out the traditional festival!

I smiled a little bit wider with every step of the dance I took. Left, right, left, left, right, twirl, twirl, jump, left, right, jump, twir-

As I was finishing my twirl I heard a deep hiss. I look around and saw another snake. This time he was larger though. He was black, however... still had gleaming red eyes. He was slithering on the ground sticking it's pink, forked tongue out once in a while. I staid still, completely, still. He coiled his body around something...

He stood himself tall and opened it's mighty jaws baring it's many sharp teeth. Its 2 large fangs were about the size of my torso. It gave a loud hiss and his skin on his neck flapped out. Demonic Cobra... got it...

Its head swayed side to side. Still remaining still, I drew a small breath in. The cobra's eyes widen and went narrow. It breathed in shakily as much air as it could take. A purple ball of poison grew in its opened mouth. As it was building up its poison a squeaky, high pitched child's voice rang, "Ajuala? Wh-what are you doing?"

Thin tiny arms crept their way out at the top of the pyramid-shape that the cobra's body took. "You said I wouldn't have to go inside till later," the arms pushed a little body out of the hole. A small girl with pure white hair and dead, red eyes sat on the side of the snake pyramid. She wore worn out rags for clothes with no shoes. The snake choked back the poisonous purple ball and turned its head to the girl. Its neck flatten to normal and its eyes shifted to ones of a father.

The girl giggled and petted the snakes nose, "But you promised!" She carried the 'o' in promised, almost in a whine.

"Excuse me, but... Who are you?" I said cutting in and putting down my guard. The girl turned to me. Her eyes were relaxed and dead staring straight in front of her, "Oh... silly me, I'm Arraia, and this here is Ajuala."

Hmm... I had a theory. I raised my arm straight with out sound. Her stare was still straight in front of her. I waved my hand and moved my fingers. Ajuala's eyes followed but Arraia still had no reaction. I rubbed my fingers together making a small vibrating sound. Arraia's head started to turn towards me but didn't make a complete connection. I snapped my fingers loudly. Like a racer at the sound of the gun her eyes shoot straight at my hand.

"You're blind, aren't you? I'm (Y/N) by the way."

She tilted her head, "What do you mean; blind?"

"You can't see me can you?"

"S-See?"

"Yes. You have 5 senses- sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch," I said walking towards her as I talked.

"What is... sight?" she asked.

"What's around you right now?" I tried to explain.

"I-I don't know..." she said turning her head.

"Umm... Can you smell the flowers from the near by meadows? Flowers are beautiful plants that grow in the ground. They come in a variety of color," I was having difficulty with this.

"Color?" She said confused.

"Right now, all you see is the color black. It's a dull and dark color," I explained.

"There's more colors?"

I nodded as I was closer to her now. Ajuala cut me off and hissed.

"Ajuala, let her go!" Arraia hissed back.

Ajuala's head snapped towards Arraia and drew his teeth. He lashed out at her. I reached out for some odd reason not expecting that. Arraia's body hung in Ajuala's mouth as he took another gulp. His eyes went dark. His pupils were now in red slits and he looked at me hungrily. I'm guessing before all of this he never tasted people. He must have liked it...

I saw things moving inside of his neck. Arraia is still alive.... I got to help her! I got to get her out quick before she dies from poison, or decay!
