Unexpected Love

Chapter 32

*Cassie's POV*
Ever since Jack and I made up, it hasn't been the same. We fight almost everyday and its just hard.
He hardly ever comes home anymore. I've been cutting myself everyday since we've been fighting. When he see's my scars, he just doesn't care. Yesterday on Twitter I saw a photo of him and this girl hugging. I don't know if it was a fan, but I think it probably was. Releasing my thoughts, I hear my front door slam. I walk downstairs and see that it's Jack. He looks drunk. I don't bother to say hi to him. I still love Jack, but I don't know if I can take this anymore.

After a while, he comes up to me and starts to yell.
"I FUCKING HATE YOU CASSIE."
I don't understand why he was yelling at me like this. I know he was drunk, but he seems sober now. I start to cry from the words he said to me.
"Oh. Shut up and stop crying.'
I walk upstairs to my room. Before I could close my door, Jack storms in my room and kicks me in my stomach really hard. Why is he doing this? I just don't understand. He started to punch me, and every time I would try to defend myself, he would hurt me even more. I hear my front door open, but Jack doesn't because I keep screaming.

*Sammy's POV*
Lately I've been hanging out with Cassie and she's a really sweet person. I decide to go over to her house and surprise her with a new phone. When I walk through her front door, I hear screaming. I quickly run upstairs and open her bedroom door to see Jack is abusing her. I grab the back of his shirt and throw him against the wall.

I can't believe he was hurting Cassie like this. No wonder why Cassie would call me every night balling her eyes out. They were fighting. I hear footsteps come up the stairs and see that its Johnson. When Johnson sees Cassie abused and hurt, he immediately looked at Jack with a disgusted look. Johnson calls 911 to come pick up Cassie. I take her downstairs and I can tell she is in horrible pain. She has bruises all over her body, a bloody lip and bruises over her scars.

10 minutes later, the ambulance showed up. Johnson was pissed at Jack and made him go home. I stayed at the hospital with Cassie while they cleaned and fixed her up.
About an hour later the guys showed up. Everyone was in tears and practically hated themselves because they didn't know about Jack and her fighting, plus being was depressed and harming herself. I felt so bad for Cass and everyone.

While we all were in the waiting room, we all got a Twitter notifcation from Jack. The tweet said

"@jackgilinsky: I never ment to hurt you, I loved you and always will. This is goodbye. So goodbye love."

"Guys what does this mean?"
"It states he saying goodbye to Cassie, Sammy."
"I know that. But could it mean something else?"
"I don't know Sammy."

20 minutes later the doctor comes out.
"Mr. Wilkson?"
"Yes sir?"
"Well when we were examining her, there showed to be a lot of bruises and scars. But we did give her medication and cleaned up the scars. The scars seemed pretty deep. Did any of you know about them?"
"None of us did sir."

He walks away and brings Cassie out of the hospital room. She runs up to me and hugs me really tight.
"Sammy?"
I look at her and realize she's so beautiful.
"Yes love?"
"I wanted to thank you for saving my life. It means a lot. I love you."
"I love you too Cass."
She goes up to everyone else and hugs them really tight also.

*At Cassie's House*
"Sammy can I talk to you?"

"Yeah. Give me a minute."

She walks up to her room and I follow her.

"Sammy, I'm sorry."

"What are you sorry for?"

"Having you deal with my Jack problems."

"I chose to help you Cass, I didn't want you to be hurt."

About a minute or two later, she walks up to me and plants her soft lips on mine. We kiss in slow motion and it felt amazing.

AND WHEN I WAS WRITING ABOUT THE JACK ABUSE PART I WANT TO STATE THAT THERE IS NO HATE. I JUST THOUGHT I NEEDED MORE DRAMA
