Unexpected Love

Chapter 15

*Jack's POV*

Last night was so fun dude. I loved hanging out with everyone, watching scary movies, eating food and doing the makeup challenge together. I wish that could happen everyday. I wake up at 6:30am and decide to make a Starbucks and Donut run for everyone. When I opened the front door, Cassie ran downstairs to see where I was going. She looked so tired. I just took her with me. The line at Starbucks was so long dude, it literally took us an hour just to order what we wanted. I got all of us grande Passion Tea because I didnt want to get everyone coffee. When we were done a Starbucks, I bought some donuts and took Cassie and I back home. By the time we got home it was 7:30. I put the donuts on the counter and the drinks in the fridge. Cassie and I then went back upstairs to go back to sleep.
*Cassie's POV*
At 6:30 I felt Jack roll out of bed. I decided to walk downstairs to see where he was going. I was to tired to talk, so Jack just took me with him. He said that we were going to Starbucks. After a hour of waiting in line, we finally got our drinks and donuts. After that, we went home and fell back asleep. I hear someone ring the doorbell, I'm assuming my mom answered it. Taylor, Hayes and Matt all woke up and went downstairs to do whatever. Ella was starting to wake up, but she was to tired to get up. Typical Ella. I hear my bedroom door open but I ignore it. Jack pulled me closer to him. All of a sudden, I hear a familiar voice starting to yell. "WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE?! WHY ARE YOU SLEEPING NEXT TO MY DAUGHTER. AND WHAT THE HELL ARE SO MANY TEENAGERS DOING HERE?"
Oh shit. It was my dad. I told Jack about him and he said he wanted to meet him, but I'm thinking not like this. I start to freak out because I didn't expect my dad to come over. Jack calms me down while my dad is still yelling. Ella decides to finally get up. She starts walking towards my dad.
"Hi Mr. Jenkins, I'm Ella. I'm sure you remember me from when I was in first grade. Look, I know seeing your daughter in a pistion like this might piss you off, but Lacey agrees with this. I don't want to say anything I'm not supposed to say, so you can talk to Cassie and/or Lacey about this."
By the time Ella calmed my dad down, he wanted to talk to me ALONE. Of course Jack wanted to come, but my dad said no. I was going to tell him about Jack when we hung out today because he was supposed to meet him.
"Dad, the dude that was laying next to me, is my boyfriend Jack. We have been dating for a couple of weeks now, but have liked each other since July. I met him in July and we started texting each other because of Ella. I was going to tell you about him, today actually. And all of those teenagers that are here, are my best friends that mom let sleepover."
"Cassie, I'm sorry that I flipped out on you. As a father, I'm supposed to be protective, and I know I haven't done my duties as being a father, and that's my mistake. I chose to walk out on you. I chose to stay hidden for a long time. I chose to come back in your life." I forgave my dad and made him meet Jack because he's going to be seeing a lot of him if he comes back for good. He agreed to meet him. I walked back into my room and told Jack what happened. He put on a shirt and went to go meet my dad. Everyone was scared shitless when he yelled at us. Everyone went downstairs except Jack and I. Jack went up to my dad and stuck out his hand for him to shake it.
"Hello Mr. Jenkins, I"m Jack Gilinsky, your daughter's boyfriend. It's nice to meet you."
"Well, hello Jack, as you know I'm Cassie's dad, Mason. You can call me Mason or Mr. Jenkins. It is nice to meet you too."
After meeting Jack, my dad met everyone else. My dad got a call from the station and had to leave. I wanted him to stay longer, but whatever, its his job. After he left, Shawn and Ella made breakfast together. AW. I gave everyone their Starbucks that Jack and I bought early this morning. Aaron went on Snapchat and took a selfie with all of us and captioned it "Squad Goals" with a red heart and peace sign. We all screenshoted it. When everyone finished eating, they all left to go back home except Ella, Shawn and Jack. Shawn went up to Jack and asked him for dating advice.
"Hey Jack, can you help me with dating advice?"
"Of course Shawn, I got you. Well first of all, if you like a girl, tell her. If she likes you back, ask her out on a date. But before you guys actually start dating, make sure that you actually like eachother."
"Thanks Jack, your the best." *Shawn's POV*
I decided to walk up to Ella and tell her how I feel. "Hey Ella, can I talk to you?"
"Yea, what's up Shawn."
"Well I just wanted to tell you that your really beautiful, and I was wondering if we could go out sometime? I also like you."
"Aw, Shawn, I would love to go on a date with you. And I like you too."
I give her a hug and decide to leave. "Bye guys, I'll see you on Monday. And I'll text you later Ella."
*Cassie's POV*
OMG AW. ELLA AND SHAWN. AW. I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN YAY.
