Unexpected Love

Chapter 40

*Cassie's POV*
About 10 minutes later, the plane finally landed in Portland. Sammy grabbed my suitcases while Cameron grabbed Sammy's. When we walked out of the plane terminal, we saw Bart and went over to him.

"Hey guys. I hope you had a safe flight. I sent a limo to come pick you up. Go wait outside the airport and head to the hotel. You guys get 2 free days this week before the Meet-N-Greets. See you guys later!"

We walked out the airport and a not even a minute later, the limo showed up. All of us hopped in and went to the hotel.

*At The Hotel*
Ella and I walked into our hotel room and started to unpack.

"Hey Cass, I'm gunna go to Shawn's room. Wunna come? I'll unpack later."

"Nah. Go have your fun, I'll unpack."

"Okay. Text me if you need anything."

After that she walked out the room and left me alone. I turned on my music while I was unpacking. I heard a knock on the door and let the person in. A second later, I wish I didn't. It was Jack. This is already awkward.

"Cassie, I miss you so much. I just wish you were mine again. I saved you, you saved me. I need to show you something."

Jack pulls up his sleeve and shows me the scars that bury deep in his wrist.

"Every day I harm myself because of how much I hurted you. I need you back."

He starts to walk up to me and I slowly move back away. He places his hand on my face and I don't feel the same feeling I felt before. He starts to move his face close to mine and I keep trying to back away, but I can't. Before he could place his lips on mine, the hotel room door opens quietly. I see that it's Sammy and Cameron. By the look on my face, both of them could tell I had nothing to do with this. Sammy pushes Jack away from me while Cameron texts Johnson. I start sobbing into Sammy's chest.

"Ssh babygirl, It's okay. I'm here now."

"Sammy, it's not okay. Go look at his wrists." I whisper.

A minute later, Johnson shows up in a pissed off mood.

*Johnson's POV*

"Hey J, I'm going to go look around the hotel. I'll be back."

"Okay G."

I start unpacking and see that Sammy has left the room and Nate is taking a shower. While I was packing, Cameron texted me.

Cam: Hey JJ, come to Cassie's room right now. 'Code G.'

Me: Omw.

I swear to god, if G has done something stupid, I'm going to be pissed.

I walk into Cassie's room and see that Cameron is hugging Cassie and G is nearly about to be punched by Sammy. I walk over to Sammy and have him walk away from G.

"Jack, what the fuck did you do?! I told you not to cause anything on this trip. Leave Cassie alone bro. I'm sorry to say, but you won't get her back because you hurt her."

I look down and see that there are scars are burried deep into his wrist.

"Jack, what did I tell you about this?!"

He stands silent. I feel so bad for Cassie and Jack right now. I know he wants her back, it's just, he probably won't get her back. And the more he tries, the more Cassie gets upset and Sammy gets pissed. This is going to be a long ass tour if G keeps this shit up. I walk G back to our hotel room and calm him down.

*Cassie's POV*

"Babe, I'm gunna go back to my room."

"Sammy please don't leave."

"I'm going to get clothes and sleep with you tonight so I can keep you safe."

"Okay."

I texted Ella.

Me: Jellybean, Sammy is going to sleep with me tonight so you can stay with Shawn if you want.

Ella❤❤: okay. I heard what just happened. I'm sorry bb.

Me: it's okay I guess.

Soon Sammy walks in the door and comes to snuggle with me.

"Goodnight babygirl, I love you."

"I love you too Sammy."

We both drifted off to sleep. I hope tomorrow will be good.
