Unexpected Love

Chapter 33

*Jacks POV*
I feel so horrible for what I did to Cassie. I haven't talked to her since she was put in the hospital earlier today. I wanted to go see her but I knew if I did, Sammy or Johnson would bash my head into a wall. I am trying to find a way to talk to her without her being upset and pissing the boys off. My phone then goes off and I see that its a tweet from Sammy.

"@sammywilk: don't hurt someone because they hurt you; it won't be worth it"

That's really deep. I give it my best to text Cassie.

Me: I'm really sorry for today, I was drunk, but that doesn't give me an excuse. I never ment to hurt you and it's killing me because I did.

I patiently wait for a response slowly after I sent it to her.

*Cassie's POV*
When I placed my lips on Sammy, it felt like heaven. Whenever I kissed Jack, I really never felt anything except his tounge 'exploring' my mouth. Slowly after the kiss, we pull our faces apart and look at eachother in an un-explainable way. I wonder what he's thinking right now. I mean I just randomly kissed him out of nowhere. I don't want to rush things with Sammy if I fall for him. I hear my phone go off and see that it's a text from Jack. Earlier at the hospital today, I had Ella change his contact name from "Babyyy❤" to "Jack G".

Jack G: I'm really sorry for today, I was drunk, but that doesn't give me am excuse. I never ment to hurt you and it's killing me because I did.

I ignore it because I don't want to talk to him. Sammy and I walk downstairs. Everyone stares at us and I'm starting to get freaked out lol.

"Are you guys okay?" I ask.

"Well you guys were in your room for about 20 minutes. Are you sure that was a 'talk'?" Nate states.

"Yeah, it was just a talk." Sammy replies.

"So, Cass are you gunna let the fans know what happened?" Ella asks me.

"I don't know yet, I don't want to cause drama."

"I'll say something if you don't."

"Fine."

I go on Twitter and have Nate take pictures of my bruises. I decide to Tweet this with the pictures:

"@cassieleigh: Earlier this morning I was attacked and abused. No,this isn't fake. I would never lie to you guys. I don't want to say who did it, but let me just say @jackgilinsky and I are forever done. Sorry #Jassie shippers. Love you all."

I let out a breath of relief. A minute later I have 2,106 retweets and 3,156 favorites. Holy crap. I look through them and see that Jack retweeted & favorited.

I read some of the replies and people clearly figure out that Jack abused me. I don't want him getting hate or anything, it's just the fans needed to know.

I lock my phone and about 30 seconds later, I see a Tweet from Jack. Fuck. What did I just start?

"@jackgilinsky: Yes @cassieleigh and I are done because it was my fault. I will admit that I did hurt her. If you don't support me anymore, I'm fine with that. Just know, I love you all and I'm sorry Cass."

I nearly take a breath. I feel so free. With Jack, I always felt trapped because he would keep me to himself and I don't need that. I need to and will be independent.

I see my mom Tweeted something.

"@mommalj: don't listen or acknowledge those snobby bitches or rude assholes. be free."

Dam my momma be preachin'. This is why I love her. After everyone being on Twitter for a hour or so, it was silent. I couldn't keep it in and just had to yell "AWKWARD SILENCE." Literally everyone started laughing.

"Guys, we should go swimming." Johnson suggests. We all agree and run upstairs to go get dressed. When we were in my room, Ella gives me the biggest hug ever and whispers

"You did good kid. Be free."

I smile at her word of choice and get dressed. Tonight should be fun. After we got dressed, I could already here the loud music from outside. Omg. We go in the backyard and join everyone. I feel a pair of arms wrap around my waist and see that it's Sammy. I turn around so my face is facing his. He grabs my legs and throws me into the pool.

"OH MY GOD. WILKSON YOUR DEAD." As soon as I get out of the pool, I chase Sammy around the yard and before I could catch him, Johnson starting tickiling me so Sammy could run away.

"This isn't over Sammy."

I nearly can sense the smirk on his face. This kid is so weird, but it's cute.
