Chapter 2: memories

It felt like hours before I woke up to water still running. I was in a place I never seen before. I walked around looking for other people. "Hello!" I yelled out in the empty hallway, no one was answered. I walked around then I saw doors with letters on them. I went towards the door that said project M. I was contemplating on opening the door. But then I heard a loud noise. The door next to it opened up and I walked towards that door. The door said project K. I walked in and saw a huge capsule with a baby in it . I put my hand on the capsule. "What are you?" I said out loud. I moved closer towards it and the baby inside opened its eyes and they were red, a dark red. "Ahhh..... It was just a dream." I said to myself waking up still in the shower. I heard foot steps rushing towards the bathroom. "Kevin are you ok?" Micah asked me asking me with worry on her face. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just had a weird dream." I answered her. I got out the shower and continued to get ready for my meeting. I was getting ready to leave the house, but I stopped and gave Micah a kiss before walking out. "I love you" I said to her. "I love you too" she said back. As soon as I walked out the door everything got red for a few but then I blinked and it was normal.
