When I wake Thomas isn't with me, people are standing around me, observing me.

"My names Kacey, I'm just checking you over to make sure you're full healed, okay?" She says and I nod slowly.

She checks me for any sign of bruises or cuts, but there are none. She also checks I don't have concussion.

She goes to walk away but I grab her arm and twist it round and she winches.

"Where's Thomas," I growl.

"I--I don't know, I'm sorry, please just," She says trying to pull away from me.

I hear Thomas' voice and immediately release her and she wonders off.

Thomas walks in and I run for him. His arms open and I go straight into them, my legs wrapping around his waist.

"You're still not meant to be out of bed," he mutters and carries me back. I sigh.

"How are you feeling?" He asks brushing me hair behind my ear a little bit.

"My head kills," I admit.

"Can you remember what happened?" He asks me and I nod.

"I'll try and explain what happened as best as I can, okay?" He says taking a deep breath.

I smile and he takes that as a yes.

"You're a a health deity," He says silently and I can't stop a laugh from coming out.

"A what?"

"It's.. You're, I don't know how to explain it okay, you're a health deity which are from Greek mythology, you can heal people Newt. You healed me, you healed everyone within the road as well..." He mutters.

I sit for a moment. Trying to take everything in.

"Tommy if this is a joke, it isn't funny. I just want to go home," I say

"This is your home,"

"Thomas I don't even know where I am, this isn't my home," I say

"WCKD headquarters, they look after supernatural beings. Like you. You were born here, but your powers never activated so you got released to a foster home and..."He says but I cut him off before he can continue.

"Activated? Foster home? Thomas are you drunk? High? My mum likes at number 2 barrow road, me and Gally, we've lived their all our lives," I say

"No. We didn't," I hear a voice and identity as Gally.

"I don't understand," I say

"I,--I have the power to make people forget things. To keep you save, we agreed on making you forget about WCKD." Gally says.

"I don't understand, then, why why do you live with me, you have powers, so why didn't you stay here?" I glare at him.

"I had to go with you, to make sure your powers didn't active, to protect you. But when you tried to kill yourself, and I wasn't there to help, they wanted to send someone new in, I didn't know who it'd be. I didn't even know they had sent someone, until I caught Thomas talking to Brenda," he says.
