♣Newt's POV♣

I look beside me and see Char laid on the ground, dead.

She must of transported me here before she died.

I grab her hand, trying to heal her, but if anything she just becomes worse, her skin caving in before turning to ash.

"Come back," I cry.

"Take me back to Tommy!" I shout falling to the ground.

Someone grabs me from behind and covers my mouth, I try to scream but nothing will come out.

I'm shoved into a cage and put in a lorry. I don't know where I'm going, or where I am,all I know is I can't deal with this on my own.

When the lorry stops a man comes and lifts the cage I'm in out of the lorry.

"Feel sorry for ya kid," he says sympathetically, he hands me a sandwich through the bars and I nod at him thankfully.

Two people come out from a building across the road. A man and a women. None of which I can identify.

"Thankyou Peeta, we'll take it from here," the female says to the man. He looks at me sadly, takes off his hat as if respecting me, then gets back in his lorry and leaves.

"Newton," the female says but I don't reply.
"If you wish to see your filthy friend again I would assure you ignoring me won't make me let you," she growls.

Tommy.

She must mean Tommy.

She has Tommy.

I look up at her.

"Ah see, now I have your attention," she says sweetly, her pearly white teeth shining in the light as she gives me a fake smile.

She opens the door of the cage and I get out.

"I assume you're clever enough to know not to run," the male says and I nod looking at the ground.

They walk, half drag, me into the building they not long came out of.

I see Thomas and I let out a scream.

"Tommy," I cry out trying to get to him. Kicking and punching and shouting.

Then I remember what happened with Char, her corpse. I wrap my hands around the males hand and it starts to burn him and he removes his grip on me, screaming in agony.

I go to run towards Thomas but the women injects me with something and I fall to the ground.

"Silly boy, don't you ever learn?" I hear I say before everything becomes a blur.

When I wake I see Thomas in a room opposite to me, I run for it but the walls aren't even stone, they're electric, I'd never be able to get through them.

"Tommy," I say in an almost whisper as I sadly fall to the ground.

"Ain't no use in crying my boy," A voice says behind me and I jump.

"W--hat?" I stutter

"Life's too short,"

"I need to get out of here," I state strongly.

"You can't," He says and I feel another tear fall.

"Who are you?" He asks me.

"Who are you?" I echo back.

" Ben,"

"Right... Okay, I'm Newt, and you're here because?..." I ask

"Newton? As in, Newton of healing?" He asks and I scrunch my eyebrows

"I guess... I mean, er, yeah," I say awkwardly.

"I have the power to read minds.. That's why I'm probably a bit loopy, having everyone's thoughts in your head is a bit, you know... Overwhelming," Ben says and I nod even know I have no idea what he's talking about.

"They let us out at 3," he says and when I don't reply he repeats himself.

"Ok," I say confused.

"If you really want to escape, 3 is your best bet, they hardly have anyone on guard when they transport us out," he says.

"Really? So I could escape? What about Tommy would he be let out as well?" I ask.

Ben looks at me confused.

"Who are you?" Ben asks.

"Newt, we've done this, okay. Just tell me how to get out of this hell hole!" I shout.

"You can't..." His voice trails off.

He really is crazy. I think as I dose back off into a deep sleep.

Hi I hope this chapter was okay and I'll try and update more regularly. On the weight matter I'm a healthy weight so didn't have to stay in hospital or anything(yay!). But thankyou for all your cute messages. Love to you all x
