THE AUTHOR (っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ juliapearlmeg
So to start off, what's your name?
Julia Pearl Meg. I think my parents squeezed in as many names as they could 'cause I'm the only girl. Haha. ((:
How about gender and age?
I'm a lady. And I'm seventeen, turning legal in August. ((:
How long have you been on Wattpad?
It will be my first anniversary with Wattpad on May 22. ((:
What's your favorite genre?
Romance. Definitely romance. ((:
Who's your favorite author and why?
There's so many to choose from. They're all great in their own respects. But I guess the one that I like the most right now is HowBoysThink, although there's technically five of them. ((:
If given a chance, what will you say to him/her?
You're all awesome. Keep on rocking. ((:
What's the most heartwarming thing a fellow user has done to you?
There are a lot of things since I've met a lot of nice people on here. But what comes to mind right now is there's this friend I met here, and she read all my works and she sent me a very kind message. That message made me feel all nostalgic and I read my very first story here, remembering where it all started. It's just a nice feeling, looking back and feeling contented with where you are now in contrast.
THE BOOK ♥(ˆ⌣ˆԅ)
TITLE: Something Else Entirely
Genre: Humor and Teen Fiction
Summary:
A story based on real events. Sadie Rodriguez is a high school senior at St. Thomas High. Ever since freshman year, she's been labeled as "the girl who cried over Ivan Martinez." Her best friend has a plan to change her label. Sadie doesn't want to go through with it. But it's her last year in high school and she doesn't want to leave with regrets. Maybe all she needs is a little push from Chester Perez, who just happens to be Ivan's best friend.

How did you come up with the title?
Well, I guess it just came to me because the story really is something else entirely compared to what I usually write.
What inspired you in writing this book?
In high school, I started off as a very insecure person, credit goes to bullies from elementary. But halfway through high school, I kind of realized that if I didn't think I was good enough, no one else will. So this story is kind of about that, about a girl realizing that going outside your comfort zone is a good habit. ((:
What separates this story from the others?
This one is based on my life. That's why for me it's something else entirely. Haha. ((:
Who should we look forward to in this book?
Sadie, Alice, Emily, Chester, the whole gang. Haha. ((:
What do you think is the hardest part in writing this story?
Just that it's based on my life, the sad parts remind me of all the not-so-nice memories.
When do you usually update your story?
Wednesdays and Saturdays. ((:
Have you experienced 'Writer's Block' and if yes, how do you deal with it?
There's a quote, "I only write when I'm inspired, and I make sure I'm inspired every morning at 9 a.m." - Peter DeVries
If you will rate your story from 1-10 (10 as the highest), what would it be?
I guess it would be an 8? Haha. 'Cause it's just starting and I believe there's always room for improvement. ((:
What advice can you give to other aspiring writers?
Write, rewrite, and write some more. Haha. There's really no other way around it.
SHOUT OUT: To anyone reading this, thank you for taking the time. Thank you to hamstring, who made this possible. To all the writers and readers, don't forget to be awesome! ((:
