THE AUTHOR (っ◔◡◔)っ ♥      SilverGalaxySkies

So to start off, what's your name?

I'm sorry, that's classified. If I told you, I'd have to kill you.

How about gender and age?

Female, currently. As for age, let's just say I'm old enough to stop talking about high school

How long have you been on Wattpad?

About four months... Which might not seem long compared to people who've been on since the dinosaurs were roaming around, but to me it's pretty fun.

What's your favourite genre?

Out of all of them? Probably thriller/mystery. Although sci-fi is my specialty as a writer, I love feeling the adrenaline of a good thriller.

Who's your favourite author here and why?

I don't really have a favourite... Not yet, anyway. But I like a whole bunch of talented guys but IDK which one to choose out of them all  :D

If given a chance, what will you say to him/her?

I don't know who you are. But I will find you. And I will deeply appreciate your works.... I think I've gotten that quote wrong.

What's the most heartwarming thing a fellow user has done to you?

Although there were some little things that were criticised, I found that this review touched me the most. I'd spent five months on that story, man! Let me have my time to have my feels xP                    http://blackrosereviewer.blogspot.ca/2013/06/cold-ashes.html

THE BOOKS  ♥(ˆ⌣ˆԅ)

               TITLE:      Nebula

                Genre:    Science Fiction

 Summary:

--This is a collection of short stories about and by the Captain of the Presley Jackson--

"What do you suppose a 'home' is? A place which you live in? Four walls that protect you from all sorts of damage and destruction from the outside? A planet, maybe? Well my home was never anything like that. It wasn't something you simply went inside with a knock or two. It wasn't some place you could drive to in a car or fly to in a ship. I wasn't normal enough for something as mundane as that.

My home is in probably the strangest of places. The galaxy. Billions upon billions of solar systems and phenomenon of epic proportions that one can look at by just looking up. That's where you'll find me. That's where I belong."

--Expect intergalactic adventures, mystery and space in every part. Each being a full short story telling the life and times of the captain from her point of view--

                                                                    *.:。✿*゚゚・✿.。.:*

How did you come up with the title?

In all honesty it came to me while I was thinking up the prologue. A nebula is something that I thought was beautiful and dynamic and mysterious, just like her story. So that's what I called it. I'm so proud of how smart I is, bro!

What inspired you in writing this book?

I love space stuff. Seriously I'm a gigantic fan of Doctor Who, Stargate SG1, Stargate Universe, Star Trek, Star Wars... If it's got a star in it, I'm there! 100% nerd and proud. Dammit.

What separates this story from the others?

What, apart from the fact that it's got a female, snarky, witty antagonist? Well it's a set of memoirs. The main character is writing from the future about what she's gone through on her ship from her point of view. It's also going to be a set of fast paced short stories per chapter, meaning each part is a whole segment of her life. Meaning it takes a lot to write, so it's a part a week/2 weeks at the moment.

Who should we look forward to in this book?

Out of everything I'm planning to make this, I'd say keep an eye on the Durians. They can read minds, yes, but with that power comes effects on the psyche  that... well, you'll just have to wait and see.

What do you think is the hardest part in writing this story?

So far the one I'm on. Mostly because I'm still stuck on Mars and I want to get off to the first big planet. But then again I'll probably say that about every part I'm writing.

When do you usually update your story?

Already said, once every one or two weeks. This might change depending on what the next segment's size is going to be.

Have you experienced 'Writer's Block' and if yes, how do you deal with it?

Of course I've had it. And because I'm a responsible adult I deal with it in a responsible, mature way. Meaning, I flip tables, rant to friends and slammed my head against a brick wall screaming to myself. Although that doesn't actually work, kids, it helps me stop thinking about my story for a bit. Which does work in the long run, because most of the time, writers block comes by thinking too much about your story. So when I get it, I like to step back, review what I have, and try again. Usually breathing. And without smacking a table..

If you will rate your story from 1-10 (10 as the highest), what would it be? 8.

At the moment, it's okay, but it could be better if it had more content. More of which is coming up soon.

What advice can you give to other aspiring writers?

Determination is 90% of the job. You can have the most amazing idea in the universe, but if you can't be bothered to write it, then what's the point?

SHOUT OUT: Everyone who's ever critiqued me or read my work. Thank you. You're the reason I'm not frozen in carbonite right now :)
