Panting, he slowly opened his eyes up to see toothless in that same aggressive stance from a few seconds ago, gasping from the energy he had to muster to force out a neon blast.... The neon blast.... No....No.No.No.. Hiccup horrified, spun around and confirmed his worst fear. There lay Stock's vast body, lifeless under the rubble of broken ice that had fallen on him from the impact of the blast. Hiccup, seething with rage turned to face his dragon, only to find toothless , still under Drago's control, a few seconds away from being crushed under the mighty foot of the alpha. NOOO!! His shirt was soaking wet and and his hair lay plastered on his face. His pupils dilated in fear. It was a few moment before Hiccup realized that he was dreaming before he calmed himself down, his mind still filled with the vivid and frightening thought of seeing both his beloved father and his dragon lying lifeless.
