All Hope Lost

Chapter 1

"Cameron, can you grab me my marshmallow cookie ice cream?" I ask cam who was in the kitchen.
"Yeah hold on" he says
He hands me my ice cream and sits next to me. I've been pregnant for a month now and I've been craving anything that has marshmallow. Literally anything.
"How are you feeling?" Cam asks me for the fifth time this evening, because I've been having BAD mood swings.
"Fine" I say taking a bite of my ice cream.
"You could be on teen mom" he laughs.
"God cameron I'm not 16" I say
"You're still a teen though" he says.
"Are you saying in going to be a bad mom?" I ask getting upset.
"No lilly you're going to be great okay?" He says
He's been amazing at dealing with my mood swings.
We were having Jack and sadie and carson over for dinner tonight since we had gotten back from our honeymoon a few days ago and haven't seen them since the wedding.
"Knock knock" sadie says walking in, screeching and hugging me.
"Hey guys!" I say hugging Jack and carson.
"So how's the pregnant life?" She asks me sitting down.
"Well you should know" I laugh
"I had it pretty easy actually" she says
"You make me hate you" i laugh
"How you handlin her?" Jack asks cameron.
"Oh yeah she's moody" cam laughs.
"I am not" I say
"Just a little bit"
We sit down and have dinner together.
"Aunty Ellie can I play with your baby?" Carson asks
"When he or she is born you can" I say
"Yay!" She says excitedly which made me smile.
"All carson talks about is having a cousin soon, she's so excited" sadie laughs
"That's so cute!" I say

*time lapse, 1 1/2 month later*
"Cameron if you don't get your ass down here in 5 seconds I'm gunna-"
"I'm here!" He says bolting down the stairs. We had about 10 minuets to get to my doctors for a ultrasound.
"We have to hurry now" I say grabbing my bag and hurrying him out the door.
We get in his car and he drives to the doctors.
When we get there I check in and sit down.
After fiddling with my phone for a minuet my doctor comes and gets us.
"Come on back" she smiles and me and cam go with her.
We get into a room and cam sits in a chair and I sit up on the bed.
"Finally getting that bump I see" she says referring to my small baby bump.
"Yeah" I laugh.
"Okay well let's have you lay back and take a look" she says putting on her gloves.
I lay back and lift my shirt just under my boobs.
She rubs the wand with the cold gel over my stomach and our little baby shows on the screen.
"Oh my goodness they've gotten so big" I say
"Well you are a week away from 16 weeks." She says
"Look at his tiny little head" cam says
"Or her" I say
"When you guys come in next week you find out the gender" she says
"Okay thank you" I say.
We get all fixed up and leave.
"I'm so excited for next week" I say
"Me too" cam smiles.
We get home and I call my mom.
L- hey mom
M- hey honey, how'd it go?
L- great, the baby's in perfect condition, healthy
M- and you?
L- I'm doing great
Cameron- she's having mood swings!
L- shut up cameron!
M- it happens, in a few weeks they'll die down and you'll turn more to the craving side
L- god I'm only 19 and I'm having a baby my body is going to be ruined forever isn't it?
M- no, one baby doesn't hurt too much.
L- thank goodness.
M- I love you sweetie
L- love you too, bye
I hang up and cam sits next to me.
"Just for the record, you will always look as beautiful as the day I met you to me" he says
"Aw I love you" I say and the doorbell rings.
"Ugh why do people like to bug us all the time?" I complain and cameron opens the door to sam.
"Because I'm your brother it's my job" he laughs coming in.
"What do you want?" I ask
"I can't just want to see my sister?" He asks
"Nope not really" I say
".... Okay your right, I was just wondering if I can borrow cameron for a little bit" he says
"For what?" Cam asks
"I need some help with something" sam says
"Like?" I ask
"Can I just borrow him?" He asks
"Yeah, I'll be back soon I promise" cam kisses my head and leaves with sam.
*camerons pov*
"Bro what's going on?" I ask sam.
"You'll never guess who's back" he says
"Oh my god are you kidding me?!" I say getting really angry.
"Yeah, and he's worse than ever, he has some serious issues" sam says "and he won't believe me that lilly is married"
"So what am I suppose to do talk to the guy?" I ask
"Try and put some sense into his head, make him realize he's acting crazy, I know if anyone can do that, it's you" he says
"Does he even know we're coming?" I ask
"Yep" sam says
"Oh great so you gave him a warning to sharpen his knifes?"
We get to a house and get out of the car.
"I told him we just want to talk" sam said
"Great plan" I say under my breath.
We go up to the house and knock on the door.
The door opens revealing a guy that I wanted to pound his face in then and there. My jaw clenched and I have formed fists in my hands without realizing. I hate brutal hatred for this guy.
"Come on in" he smirks at me knowing I was holding myself back from beating his ass.
"Why'd you want to talk?" He asks
"Um maybe because you are still trying to chase after lilly" sam says
"You've ruined her life enough just leave her alone man" I say
"Why would I want to do that?" He asks
"Because I'm her husband and if you don't leave her the hell alone I will do something about it" I say
"You've known her for what? Two years? Man I've known lilly for 8 years, I was her first love, I know she still loves me." He says
"Bro are you seriously so messed up in the head that you think lilly would still love you after you treated her like that? Why in hell would you even put your hands on her that way?"
"Because she asked for it" he says
"Really? Did she? Did she seriously ask you to hit her? Because the way she explained it to me doesn't sound anything like that" I say
"You don't know what happend" he says
"I do know. And your the reason that she was so broken when I met her. Your the reason she cried all the time and was scared of getting close to anyone, and the reason it took her so long to trust me. If I could go back in time and make it so you never hurt her I would, even if it meant I didn't get her, because her happiness is more important than mine. But she'll never get to he fully happy because every damn thing in this town reminds her of what you did and she breaks down crying wondering what she did wrong when the only thing she did wrong was trust you."
