All Hope Lost

Chapter 25

I was done with everyone Thinking cameron was the bad guy. Yes he did do something awful to me. Cheating is never okay, but he's made up for that. He's different now.
I had plans with sadie today. We wanted to just have a girls day and not worry about all the drama going on right now.
Sam was completely accepting of cameron now. But my parents would be a bit harder.
I was ready and headed over to sadies.
I got to her house and went inside.
"Aunty Ellie!!" Carson yells hugging me. She still gets excited everytime I come over.
"Hey car" I say setting her down.
"I'm off to j's" Gilinsky says.
"Bye" sadie says
Gilinsky leaves.
"So My mom should be here any minute and we can go" sadie says.
Soon her mom showed up and we left.
We decided to do some shopping Since we're both so good at it.
We got to the mall which was actually not that busy.
We both walked into forever 21 cause that store is where basically my whole wardrobe comes from.
We were looking through shirts and I heard a baby crying. I looked over and saw a mother holding her son trying to calm him down while she had who looked to be her daughter pulling her around the store.
Things like that make me scared to be a parent.
"Is carson really hard?" I ask
"I mean when she was born I didn't sleep as much as i would have liked, but now that she's 4 Shes a lot easier, listens pretty well, you're going to love having a kid" she says
"But we're so much more confusing than you and gilinsky, you guys have always been fine and me and cameron are a mess" I say.
"You guys could have just never seen eachother again, lills. You bumped into him that night for a reason, you guys are meant to be together, and this baby is your second chance" she says and I nod.
"I know" I say.
___2 days later____
Me and cameron were sitting in the waiting room of the doctors waiting to go in for an ultrasound.
A lady came out, and was crying. She sunk into a chair with her head in her hands.
I got out of my seat and walked over to where she was.
"It's happened to me too, it'll get easier I promise" I say and the lady pulls me into a hug.
We broke the embrace after a minuet and she took ahold of my hand.
"Thank you" she says and I nod.
"Of course" I say and she leaves the office.
I walk back to cameron and he kisses my forehead.
"I'm so proud of you" he says and we get called In.
"Nice to see you two again, how've you been?" Our doctor who had seen us last time asks
"Better, we're really excited" I say.
"Well let's take a look" she says.
We do the whole process and soon enough my little baby pops up on the projector. I squeeze Camerons hand in excitement.
"So you're three weeks along, we will know the gender in about 12 weeks but over all the baby looks as healthy as can be" she says
"Thank you" I say
"Let's hear the heart beat" she says and plays the sounds. My baby's heart beat was beautiful, like music.
"Well you're good to go, we want to make an appointment in about 12 weeks to check up and find out the gender" she smiles
"I do have one question" I say. I didn't think I'd have the balls to ask this but I did.
"What are the chances of this one coming too early?" I ask
"Lilly your baby coming early was very rare. It's very un likely that this baby will have problems. Don't worry" she says reassuringly.
"Thankyou" I say and we leave.
We decided to go back to his place, order a pizza, and just spend some time together alone.
Cameron orders the pizza and I go on YouTube on the tv.
"Pewds?" I ask
"Duh" he says and I click the newest video.
This was nice, it felt like we were in la again when we first met, except without nash here which as mean as it may sound, is nice.
Our pizza got here and I got up to get it. I open the door and hand the guy the money.
"Lilly?" A familiar voice says and I look at the guy again, different hair, some facial hair, he dresses different too.
"Jayden" I say and Camerons instantly behind me.
"H-how've you been?" He asks
"Fine" I say and take the pizza.
"Why don't you go take that in lills" cameron says to me and I listen and take the pizza to the kitchen.
"I never want to see you again" I hear cameron say and shut the door. I almost felt bad for jayden.
"I'm sorry you had to see him my lovely" cam says
"It wasn't a big deal, we're adults now" I say
"We may be adults but he's still capable of being awful and hurting you" cam says
"But he was being nice, why be mean when it's not necessary?" I ask
"Lilly he hurt you!" He says
"When I was 15! I'm not saying I want to befriend the guy but we have to at least learn to not hate him what good will that do?" I ask
"Lilly you do as you please, but I can never stop hating someone who put his hands on my wife and hurt her." He says.
And just as he finished his sentence nash and the other guys walked in the house and could instantly feel the tension.
"We have pizza" I say to make it a little less detectable that me and cameron almost got into a fight.
The guys were grabbing pizza and cameron pulled me aside a bit.
"I'm going to try a little harder, I love you" he whispers and kisses me.
"I love you" I whisper back and we sit with everyone and watch movies.
